great location! rooms were modern and well kept. swimming pool was a love it or hate it situation since if u are swimming alone, it might be a bit gloomy but if u are with friends, could be fun with the cave feel. would definitely recommend it. it's so close to the main square! they have parking space too.

Second stay at the hotel.
The room wasn't quite as big as previous stays, but it was clean and had everything we needed.
The hotel itself is beautiful, great service and the breakfast is one of the best I have ever had at a hotel.
Of course it's not a cheap stay, but for a 5* it's very well priced and I will definitely be returning again.
The only thing I would comment, which is a very particular observation by me, is that tge complimentary toiletries are not branded. It would be nice to have L'occitane, Molton Brown or Elemis especially in a 5*.But as I say, a very lovely hotel and it won't be my last stay

The hotel with more than 600 years of history, the exit is the cruise ship terminal, the standard downtown location. The room is large, warm and elegant, and the scenery of the medieval city is everywhere!

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel was not complete and the room was very nice and the hotel was very nice and very nice.
The hotel's location makes it difficult to park the car without paying. The person at the reception has monitored our vehicle the time to get our baggage into the room. ;)

The receptionist was friendly and sincere. If you are staying at the hotel on Saturday, there is a street market style market in front of the hotel. Dishes, bags, clothes, jewelry, flowers, etc. It was a nice experience.

The surrounding environment was really nice. It's a country hotel in the forest where you can go for a walk and swim. The air is good and I highly recommend it for families. However, you have to go through the forest to get to the hotel, so be careful while driving as it's not possible to get to both directions. They charge for parking. The breakfast was really good. Thank you.

GGuest UserA wonderful stay. Living room over the canal was stunning. You can open the window fully and sit in the deep window seat and enjoy the ambience. Sweet garden to chill in by the canal. Refurbed modern bathroom with rolltop bath and super comfy large bed. The best ever breakfast. Really lovely hosts. Weâd definitely go back. Stairs to bedroom are steep but automatic light helps. Need to extend the handrail.

MMarcHoSpent at this nice lil cosy white place for 3 nights. It was hassle-free, clean and spacious room. Located at the heart of the Market Square but fret not about the lively place cuz it was at this quiet end corner of the street. Hence, you will have a peaceful rest. Just next to it rested the 'Adriaan Coffeebar' where they served freshly brewed coffee and pastries. Further across the street was this Argentinian steak place called 'Churrasco Argentino Steakhouse' where you will get one the best steaks imo. They have lunch set at a lower price tag but also comes with a smaller portion if you have a small stomach.

JJamesThis hotel is in a great location right behind the belfry tower so itâs close to everything.
I arrived at the hotel very early so I left my bags and went out exploring. I came back just after 3pm and they said room is still not ready, but one staff intervened and I was then upgraded to a slightly larger room that was ready.
That same staff member at reception was extremely helpful with directing me to Wasbar in the market square where you can wash and dry your clothes for very cheap compared to the hotel service which is so expensive. This was after I told her the hotel service was too expensive she offered alternatives and I am grateful for that.

GGuest UserJust back from a weekend in Bruges and I can't recommend the Hotel Bryghia highly enough. It's in a great location - just far enough out of the centre to be blissfully quiet and but less than 10 mins walk from the Market Square and Belfry. Right next to a beautiful canal and bridge. It was the perfect balance of an old building but with modern facilities. The bed was so comfortable, we had the best night's sleep. We were welcomed by the very warm, friendly owner, and by some Belgian chocolates in our room! The map and local knowledge he shared were priceless. We are already planning to visit again in the Summer and will definitely book the Bryghia.

CCICEKWe stayed there for one night. The location is amazing and just at the heart of the center. We had to leave in the very early morning and they accepted to serve us the breakfast thank you the kitchen lady. Highly recommended this hotel if you will come. Our hotel view was the lake this experience was also unforgettable! Thank you..

GGuest UserFriendly staff, lovely hotel, buffet breakfast was good value and convenient. Location was spot on and the family room was cosy, clean and had loads of space. Nuts from mini bar were cheaper than in the supermarket which we couldnât believe. Only downside was the shower head wouldnât stay in the holder so we had to hold it to shower which was a shame. Overall we would return if we came back to Bruges.

GGao Xia é«éSuper friendly and helpful staff, very clean hotel. At that price I got a clean room with working central heating, located on the second floor without an elevator. The room had a small desk without enough lighting needed to work. Lights located in the central part of the ceiling and next to bed. The bathroom had soap and bath gel/shampoo. Photos below were taken on the day of my departure.

GGuest UserI picked this hostel for its location and reviews online. In general, I say that it is good. There are some small things that could be improved in terms of quality and overall building maintenance like updating bunk beds and sound proofing.
As for service and amenities, I felt the staff communicated well and supplied sufficient offerings especially about what to do and where to go.
I was happy to know that they do bike rentals at an affordable price and locker storage.
Only suggestion I would have is to provide bikes that are more suitable for longer distances if you suggest riding up to the coast or visiting Netherlands. While the city cruisers bikes are suitable for strolling around on cobble stones inside of Bruges, they are not so nice for longer rides (at least for me) and can make for some heavy slow cumbersome riding. I enjoyed the cycling trip to the north and was amazed by the beauty, nature and farmland heading toward the coast but the bike really made it less comfortable. I kept aching for a simple single speed road bike the entire time đ« .
Just food for thoughtđ Otherwise, I was pretty happy with my trip to Bruges. I came by train frim LiĂ©ge and felt it was worth the trip.
