Plus:
The room is really big. So is the bed. It is so big that makes me think as if it is king size bed to house politicians or prime minister from the 80s, 90s.
There is heating both in the room and in the shower
There is air con set in the room( but I didn't try to see if it works)
This hotel is located less than 10 mins walk from Brussels north station
Minus
The room look really old. May be 90s, if not 80s.
There is no carpet on the floor. It is really clean but it is really cold to step on. Bring your own slippers.
The room is dim. And some lights were spoilt.
Even if was told it is a non smoking room, the room has lingering smoking smell. Someone smoked in this room before. I told the front desk, he said he will check but when I return from the city , the smell is there still.
The bathroom has some odd smell. May b smell of roaches, or roaches in the pipes.
The shower curtain smell of mould and damp cloth/ damp laundry.
The heating stop around 2am. May b there is max amount of heating one room could use. Make sure you time your heating usage carefully.
The wall is really thin. You can hear when someone is around the lift, going towards their room or what next door is up to.
I can hear everything happening outside, on the street, from police car n siren rushing up and down, to people wondering on the street, their conversation. I don't feel safe here. I can't relax and sleep.
I don't like the paper cup given together with coffee and the place to brush teeth. May be the hotel suffer too often from being stolen . But that make the hotel rating dropping from 1star hotel to guest house.
The toilet spoilt in the middle of the night and you can hear water flowing all night. Need to maneuver with the old school toilet pull button .
I appreciate the effort they maintain it but personally I don't like it. unless you have really early bus or train to catch, and is on a shoe string budget then it is your choice.
Had to quickly find a stay after our previous hotel cancelled on us. There were no problems at all with how last minute our booking was, staff was friendly and everything was clean and nice.

ALL GOOD with excellent reception staff support. Fortunately, they advised me NOT to park my park in the streets around the corner of the hotel because foreigners's car happened to have their windows smashed. So I parked in the Hotel parking to secure my car. Looks like this neighborghood is not safe...
The location is debatable. Very close to the tram and Train Station. But as a neighborhood, it is a bad, scary and unsafe neighborhood. The neighborhood where Noord Station is located is just awful, but it can be nice if you get over the trauma and return to the hotel before late at night. The remaining opportunities in the hotel's ga*** were ideal and the night could be spent comfortably.
Great care is taken to ensure guests experience comfort through top-notch services and amenities. Remain linked during your visit by utilizing the complimentary internet access available. Parking is accessible, supplied by the hotel for guests who arrive by car. Reception services featuring safety deposit boxes are available to cater to your requirements. For extended visits or whenever required, the dry cleaning service and laundry service ensures your preferred travel garments remain clean and accessible. In limited designated zones, smoking is exclusively permitted. Each morning at Hotel Prestige, a scrumptious, homemade breakfast kick-starts the day. Begin your holiday mornings right with your essential cup of coffee, offered daily at the cafe on-site.Experience a fantastic evening effortlessly! Relish an entertaining night without venturing beyond the confines of the bar.
Location is good close to the center and watever all the places you need by walking distance and the metro as well. The service just so sorry but I will recommend this hotel
The hotel is easy to find, it's on a higher floor, the hotel is warmly decorated, the family room is great, the view is good, the bathroom is spacious, the shower water pressure is strong and the temperature is stable. The room is not included in the booking, you have to order breakfast yourself, there are breakfast sets priced at 10-19 euros, the taste is good. It's a 15-minute walk from the square, you can pass the comic museum and the cathedral, but the bridge hole you pass by has a urine smell, which is not good. It's a 5-minute walk from Brussels North Station, which is still convenient. The only drawback is that the towels are very bad. When I dried my hair, I wiped a towel crumb, it should be changed.
If you're looking for a no-frills, budget-friendly stay in Brussels, Hotel Siru is your go-to! Nestled right next to the Rogier subway station, the location is a dream for both avid explorers and lazy travelers alike. Seriously, if it were any closer to the subway, it would be on the tracks!
The rooms are clean and cozy, nothing fancy, but hey, who needs a chandelier when you're just there to crash after a day of waffles and chocolate? The service? Top-notch. The staff are so attentive and friendly, you'd think they mistook you for royalty. They even helped us with directions, dining recommendations, and were quick with extra towels—no need to resort to using the hand towels like makeshift bath sheets.
Now, Brussels has a bit of a reputation for being... let's say, 'adventurous.' But don't fret! Despite the city's somewhat sketchy safety stats, we managed to dodge danger like pros. We weren't mugged or robbed—hooray for small victories! We did have a close encounter with a pickpocket, though. Some overly enthusiastic Maghrebi immigrant tried their luck on our first day, but they must have been new at the game. We walked away with all our belongings intact and a story to tell.
In conclusion, Hotel Siru is your knight in slightly faded armor, offering a safe, clean, and friendly haven amidst the bustling streets of Brussels. Book your stay, and may your pockets remain as full as your stomach after sampling Brussels' finest treats!
We had a great stay. I enjoyed the location the clean modern look and the staff really stood out. They were friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t ask for much more.

Very Good
ZZarzueloNew hotel, near the center (20 min walking), with train, metro and tram nearby.
The hotel was very comfortable and very friendly.
NNipI recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City and had a fantastic experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind. The location is unbeatable, situated near Place Rogier and overlooking the Botanical Gardens, making it extremely convenient for both sightseeing and attending events.
The hotel’s blend of modern comfort and historic charm adds a unique touch to the stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, which I greatly appreciated.
However, I did find the pricing to be on the higher side. While the amenities and services are top-notch, the value for money could be improved. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels.
Ccj4357Ah, Hotel Indigo Brussels – where the décor is as vibrant as a botanical garden, yet the walls are as thin as a tulip’s petal.
Let’s start with breakfast: for €25 per person, one might expect a royal feast. Instead, we were treated to a continental breakfast that seemed to have misplaced half of its hot items. And charging extra for a pancake? That’s just flipping outrageous!
The room itself was a mixed bouquet. While the design was unique, the noise levels were more suited to a lively greenhouse than a restful retreat. Conversations from neighboring rooms were as clear as a bell, making sleep as elusive as a rare orchid.
On the bright side, the hotel’s location is prime—perfect for exploring the city center and conveniently close to the north train station.
In summary, Hotel Indigo Brussels offers a unique design and great location, but at a price point that leaves you feeling like you’ve paid for a rose and received a daisy.
GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful, the rooms are superb, very modern, the beds are comfortable, beautiful bathroom, coffee and tea are very appreciated. Beautiful swimming pool, unfortunately it was closed without warning. Too bad the person at the reception who does not speak French, we had no dialogue, questions impossible.
Be careful of the step when you get out of bed, especially at night, it is quite high.
Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.
HHolland9398It’s situated on a bit of an uphill so keep that in mind if you are carrying a heavy luggage. My body and face had a bit of a rashes using the pillows but it cleared up after a couple hours after I woke up. Pretty spacious for a family room as I booked for myself, my husband and my parents. They have a strict room cleaning timing as we told the lady that we will still need some time and to come back later but she never did. Would book here again if I am not sensitive to the pillows and the stay was memorable.
CChengfengpolangdedoujiangL6kThe location of the hotel is really good! Get off at North Railway Station and walk for about 10 minutes. It's very convenient to get around by train. It takes less than half an hour to walk to the attractions. The front desk service is average and they understand English, which is fine. The room was a little bigger than I expected, and the bathroom was relatively new and clean.
That's about it for this price. As a tourist who goes out early in the morning, it is very suitable.
but! The sound insulation is too poor. We stayed for two nights. At around 7 o'clock in the morning, the sound of the shower next door was very loud. Fortunately, we also got up early in the morning...
No other problems.
