This is the newest hotel in Jasper. Be sure to reserve a room located in a new building with a kitchen. The state-of-the-art full kitchen was very useful, and everything including the shower and room cleanliness was satisfactory.

It was outdated and outdated for the price. It was the peak season, so there was no choice. Bedding and front service are good.

Booked this last minute as I had a problem with a booking at the fairmont. I was very impressed with the service, location and the rooms. The rooms are more modern than the fairmont!!

Convenient, the location is on the edge of the store, and you can reach supermarkets and other restaurants in about ten minutes' walk. It only takes twelve minutes to drive to Maligne Canyon. If you choose a loft room, you have to go up one flight of stairs to get to the room. There is no elevator in the building. There is coin laundry on the first floor, washing or drying clothes for 2 yuan. The room has a great view. There is a dining table, kitchen, bathroom and sofa bed on the first floor, with complete cooking equipment. The second floor has a large bed and TV, and the skylight can be opened.

This is our second time to stay at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. The environment of this resort is very beautiful, which include several lakes, golf course and trails. In the meanwhile, there are good restaurants in this resort. We did enjoy the wonderful dinner at Orso Trattoria restaurant. If we visit Jasper next time, this resort will be still our top priority choice.

The room was very clean. You can see mountains and trains outside the window. When sleeping at night, the sound of the train is almost the same as the sound of the air conditioner. Friends who have poor sleep should choose carefully.

We booked this hotel with the hopes to experience Jasper National Park in comfort and luxury in support from Pyramid Lakes Resort as our spot to rest and relax. Unfortunately, our experience at the resort was not restful. Upon heading to bed after 4 hours of driving from Edmonton after a 3 hour plane ride, we were awoken at 2am to the AC unit making an obnoxious noise. After waiting about 5 minutes, the noise subsided and we headed back to sleep thinking nothing of it. That was until… the noise from the AC unit (even when turned off) went on until 5am sporadically and obnoxiously. We attempted to call the front desk to resolve our issue, and they simply said “we’re sorry for the inconvenience, let’s see what we can do” and never got a call in return the rest of the night. In hopes to rest and recover, we slept in on vacation the following day and were awoken by a wake up call forcing us to leave our room stating “check out for all rooms is at 11am” with no apology or sincerity included in the message. Jasper is beautiful and breathtaking as is Pyramid Lake. The resort however, did not live up to its standards. Our hope is management will reach out to resolve this.

Facilities: Very new, 👍very good Hygiene: The bed 🛌 is clean, hygienic and comfortable, Environment: Beautiful, convenient, quiet, and the morning glow is so beautiful! Service: Good attitude, there is also a swimming pool and hot spring♨️, the children have fun🥳

The service was amazing the desk clerk was very polite and friendly.you have great coffee.the rooms were very clean ..the beds were very comfortable. Would recommend your facility to friends and family

The location is very convenient, especially the Korean restaurant very close to this.
