The price of the hotel in Quebec City is too expensive, so this hotel is about ten minutes away from the city. The price is very high, and the parking is convenient. The room is very hygienic. The front desk actually met a mainlander who spoke Mandarin very well.

Very nice hotel! The service was great and the employees we encountered provided excellent service. The cleaning of the room seemed to have been done very quickly, but did not prevent us from sleeping in the room. Unfortunately, the soundproofing of the room was poor... people arrived around 3 a.m. and got up around 7 a.m. without worrying about others (I understand that some people's lack of civility is not the fault of the establishment). Very good nonetheless!

I was going there for a medical meeting with the help of Hope Air and I was disabled and I was incapable of having the room adapted for the 3 days complete I was therefore finding me taken to make 2 booking at very different price!!

The room is big, but the sofa bed is not very flat, the head side is a bit tilted, it is not very comfortable to sleep. There is free breakfast, which is quite rich. There is also free parking, you need to register the license plate at the front desk. There is a good restaurant not far away.

The spa was unhealthy.
The water was green and felt silly. So we couldn't relax in it. The water from the pool was passable. It was not very clear.
In my room I had no.de.rideau de.douch and air conditioning was 15 degrees all night and it didn't cool enough the ppurbun room good cosy.
This hotel is not worth the price.

Derick was so quick to check-us in. He answered all our questions and concerns with patience and professionalism. The rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious, even my toddler loved it. The lady in charge of the buffet was so kind to offer us a booster seat as well. Check-out was smooth, Lola was super kid-friendly! Highly recommended.
