栗栗一番The main roadside, but you need to turn in early to enter the parking lot, Google Maps is a bit unacceptable. The hotel is very good, providing toiletries and other supplies, which are very rare here. Parking is free, breakfast is also relatively rich in local view, a good experience.
GGuest UserI'm from Thunder bay and wanted my friend to experience the best of thunder bay and this hotel is in the perfect location. Walking distance from downtown, walking distance to marina. Delicious buffet. Will stay again.
Nnancygao2007The hotel has good space, particularly spacious passages, high floors, and good facilities. Because of the epidemic, the breakfast provided is cold packed bread🥯
GGuest UserI would never use trip.com ever again. Regardless of savings they can never repay me after the poor service I received from every representative from trip.com.
I spoke with the hotel that was willing to work with me over a booking issue but trip.com would not and made me pay for a room I never even used
GGuest UserThe room was clean. The bathroom was clean. There was a smell of cigarettes in the room.
Check-in was good.
Not a good location. Felt like an unsafe part of town. Also railroad tracks ran beside it. Trains running late at night and early in the morning.
Biggest worry was no deadbolt on the room door.
Overall feeling was an unsafe place to stay.
JJess CollinsWe chose this hotel as a little staycation over Christmas holidays mainly for the pool and waterslide, which my nieces had a great time in. We ordered dinner from the restaurant next to the pool, which was pretty disappointing- most of the food went uneaten. Maybe it would have been better to eat in. The room was good, clean enough with the amenities we needed. We chose a pool side room since spending time in the pool was our main focus. The hotel provides a folding table and chairs to set up outside the room's patio doors on the pool deck which was great. Overall a nice little staycation!
