Ccharles-zhangThe check-in experience in Building C is very good. The breakfast restaurant is downstairs, the garden scenery is pleasant, and the lobby faces the lake view, which is very beautiful for taking sunrise photos (Building A is a little far from the hot spring, and the lobby decoration is more Southeast Asian style. Building B seems to be under renovation. Building E is closest to the hot spring and has a simpler appearance). Although the hotel is a bit old, the hardware is carefully maintained. I stayed for three nights and witnessed the waxing of floor tiles, carpet cleaning, leaf salvage, garden repair... Many small details can feel a persistent care.
The restaurant is spacious and comfortable, clean and orderly. The breakfast is very rich, with porridge, pickles, grain staples, various seasonal vegetables, local braised chicken, crispy meat and duck pieces, rice noodles, special thin bean powder, flower pancakes and fried eggs... too many to list.
The service is also remarkable. The cleaning staff is in place, the lobby security is proactive, the battery car is available on call, the driver is polite, and the waiters at the hot spring are also very diligent and friendly, making people feel like spring breeze.
The only minor drawbacks are: first, the air conditioning in the room cannot be adjusted by yourself, and needs to be arranged by the hotel. It is difficult to satisfy everyone. If the problem cannot be solved, then it is recommended that the hotel consider improving the quality of the bedding. If more breathable bedding can be provided, some guests may sleep better. Second, there are too few hot spring pools open in the morning, and the water temperature is high. This period may not be suitable for guests who are afraid of scalding or families with young children.
