近期最滿意的一次入住體驗，真的細心並且非常貼心，當天特別冷，前台小姐姐注意到我有些流鼻涕，給我泡了薑汁紅糖，還送了自己的暖寶寶給我，頓時不涼了，甚至覺得有些燙哈哈。因為不熟悉當地情況，怎麼都打不到順風車，無奈求助前台，沒想到前台沒有敷衍，是真的用心幫我找車，最終順利解決。對於出差人士來説，這裏絕對是首選，性價比高，值得五星好評。

晴隱是山城，所以酒店是依山伴水而建在一個水庫邊，總體外在條件還好環境優雅，有寬大的停車場。 我們是外省團隊過來的，訂房之前就電話諮詢過酒店是沒有電梯的，因為有一半隊友是60-70多歲不方便提着行李廂上下台階所以不太想定房，酒店答應幫安排在一樓不用上下台階，所以我們提前半個月定房了16間房，入住酒店的頭天又電話聯絡確定過，事實是到酒店後被安排在負一樓和二樓（都要提着行李廂上下台階），説一樓安排別的客人入住滿了房。這樣太不守信用了。 酒店的負一樓其實也就是正常的地面一樓，窗外就是湖，但是因為酒店依山坡而建，酒店大堂所在的一樓相當於二樓了，給人的錯覺負一樓是地下室其實不是。領隊和隊友們解釋了好久終於安頓住下。房間設施中規中矩。 入住酒店吃飯不方便:定房之前也問過吃飯問題，告知我們酒店這裡有餐廳不需去縣城即可就餐，事實上是在隊友們不滿意的入住好酒店之後，去到餐廳卻是什麼菜都沒有了不再接待客人，客人們爬了台階（相當於上了3---5樓吧）上到餐廳沒有晚飯吃，然後要繼續沿着山坡路走去縣城街上才有吃的（走大約15-20分鐘）。 酒店早餐就在一樓，有粉有包點牛奶，還過得去。 後來第二天早上即退房離開時，酒店服務員也去到房間幫客人們拿行李廂到前台，算是彌補沒安排在一樓要上下台階吧。 總體入住體驗不佳，感覺酒店沒誠信。
