服務極差！強烈建議酒店服務和應急處理能力要培訓提升下，最差的一家！！其實事情很簡單，就是酒店自身的問題，下午答應了很多波電話預訂客户，結果沒給人家留房間，起碼三四波客户在那等着讓酒店拿説法，酒店的處理方式就是：我們網上預訂好的客户，查到了我的訂單也不給我們房間，晾着顧客基本上一個小時，大堂經理在場就衹讓等等，意思是和那幾波一起處理，然後酒店前台幾個人不讓辦入住，大晚上的等了50分鐘！更奇葩的是，明明我們預訂好了也收到酒店的回執，到場居然告訴我們説沒房了，可能是想讓我們退房來解決那幾波客户，簡直火大！！酒店自身管理問題，深刻體現管理層的能力之差！！ 再説些中肯的，設施那些還不錯，停車位也挺多；還有個問題就是，預訂的是帶早餐的房間，結果第二天早上去吃飯的時候告訴我們小孩子（3歲）也要加10元吃早餐，這是在其他酒店沒有遇到過的！

出差途經宣威，看到這裏開了一家維也納，抱着試試看的心態進去住了一晚，可謂是明智之舉，為整個旅程增添了濃墨重彩的一筆。不愧是錦江旗下的高檔酒店，踏入酒店大堂，便被其精緻典雅的裝修風格所吸引，前台小姐姐熱情洋溢的笑臉更是如春風拂面，讓人瞬間有了賓至如歸的感覺。辦理入住手續高效便捷，耐心地解答着每一個問題，酒店大廳的紅糖薑茶也是一大特色，大晚上到酒店遞過來一杯熱騰騰的紅糖薑茶暖心。房間樓層的佈置令人眼前一亮，空間寬敞，佈局合理。採光極佳的窗户讓陽光肆意灑入，窗前的景色也別有一番風味。床品柔軟舒適，床墊的軟硬度恰到好處，躺在上面彷彿所有的疲憊都能被一掃而空，一夜好眠自是不在話下。酒店的餐飲服務也是可圈可點，自助早餐在7樓，有30多個種類豐富得很，每一樣都做得極為用心，特別是煮米線的大姐，態度很好。 早上起來去體驗了一下7樓健身房，器材也夠用的。洗衣房具然是最新款小天娥網紅洗衣機，烘乾機。 酒店的地理位很方便，周邊交通發達，門口就有出租車，以及多條公交線路，還有直接到長水機場的大巴車，對於我這種商務人士不要太友好，旁邊就是美奐公園，晚上還可以去公園散散步，在維也納酒店入住的這段時光，每一個細節都彰顯着品質與用心。無論是商務出行還是休閑旅遊，它都無疑是絕佳的住宿選擇。我已經迫不及待地想要將它推薦給身邊的親朋好友，相信他們在這裏也能收穫一段難忘的美好經歷。

酒店的地理位置很好，在宣威市中心，出門交通很方便，酒店衞生不錯，住下來感覺很舒適，前台接待的很周到，之前看到評論區説早餐數量不多，我個人覺得能夠滿足需求，15塊錢的早餐券，能吃到很正宗的小鍋米線，湯鮮味美，用料很足，湯都被我喝光了，還有一些其他的早點，我覺得吃的東西不用品種很多，關鍵還是品質要好，豆漿很濃，原汁原味，今天忘記拍米線的照片了，個人覺得很不錯，很推薦！

因經常出差，之前都是入住美奐酒店那邊，這次是看了評價後堅決選了這家。 地理位置很好就在振興大街上，距離火腿廣場好近幾百米就到了，周邊餐飲小吃很多，酒店設施床品很新！衞生也讓人覺得放心，房間裏藍灰色的格調讓人覺得很寧靜安詳，酒店前台小姐姐及保潔服務人員服務很熱情，酒店3樓的早餐非常豐富，可以一直到10點鐘。 這應該算是宣威最好的酒店了，下次還會來住。
