The friends we went with had a great way to get out of the airport, just drive by ourselves, and then the front desk service was so hot, after all the hotels we stayed in, it felt like the price ratio in this hotel was still very high.

TTanya BoldenWhen we checked in; 1 agent checked us in while the other 2 just stared at us like we were aliens. One of them had a smirk on their face throughout my check-in, I wanted to ask what she thought was so funny with us checking into the hotel but I didn’t want to spoil the evening. They all started laughing when we left the checkin desk. Know that we are non-European. Very unwelcoming and unprofessional. I suggest cultural diversity training.
The beds were disgusting! Small strips of hair all over the fitted sheet. The Most Disgusting was the pee stain on the sheets! The bed smelled like piss too. It was supposed to be non-smoking but someone had been smoking in the room or the insulation/vent systems need more work. I didn’t want to deal with the unprofessional front desk staff so I suffered through the uncleanliness and just put 2 towels on top of the duvet just to feel at ease sleeping, even though we were only there for one night…Thank God I didn’t book for longer.
The only positive was breakfast; it was adequate for 1 night stay. Definitely won’t be spending another dime here.

GGuest UserSo the shower when I saw it I thought, ok that's gonna be my stem hotel, just unfortunately 1 point deduction for the not suitable shower head at all, first too weak and second too close to the corner, that was so deceptive, However, I would not book it again, just hope that the businessman will think about improving this little bit for the perfect.
Also, the ground is the best choice you can have, with the others you have always got a fool, with which I have trusted to run barfoot

练练哥The rooms are big, clean, breakfast is good, and the waiters are serious and polite, warm and thoughtful. There is a railway station nearby, making it easy to travel. There are shopping malls, it is Christmas, and there are Christmas markets. gorgeous.

HHAOThe hotel is right next to the Centro, only a 10-minute walk away. The train station is also more frequent, just pay attention to the fact that there are fewer trains on Sundays. The hotel is reasonably priced, the breakfast is plentiful, and the front desk service is attentive and enthusiastic. Even if some people do not speak English, they are very positive to help! Will stay next time!
