Shops, pharmacy, cafes - all just around the corner. Metro & cercanias 10 min by walk. Of course, this is quite away from the city center (1 hour by metro) , but I'm used to this and enjoyed this calm district. Definitely can recommend if you are looking for affordable accommodation in Madrid."
