Lovely clean hotel with spacious rooms. friendly staff and great amenities, restaurant was nice and room with a balcony gave great views!
location was close to the beach and water but if wanting to explore old town Zadar it is approx an hour away by foot!

First of all, the good thing is that the parking lot is large, so I didn't have to worry about parking during this trip. The staff was friendly. It can't help but feel like an old hotel.

The hotel is by the sea, but it is far from the old city, the environment may be good here, and the personal feeling is built according to the German holiday habits.
The stay experience is particularly bad, the room is too small, the bed pillow is particularly soft and uncomfortable, the construction noise outside started at 6 am, and the water was stopped several times due to the construction pipeline failure. In short, it feels particularly bad.
The restaurant includes three meals for morning, noon and evening, and the tableware is not cleaned in place.

It was a pleasant stay with all the staff been friendly and thanks to the young lady in the breakfast room.
She ran the wholebreakfat on her own, always smiling and having nice things to say. The hotel is lucky to have such good staff.
The young girl at reception was equally friendly and insisted on carrying our bags up a flight of stairs. She explained everything about the hotel and things to see in Zadar.

Because of some things, we need to arrive at the hotel a little later. Maybe the city is small and the front desk is hard to find. The female boss came to pick us up in person. She is a very beautiful lady! Candies were prepared for the children, and drinks and coffee were prepared for the adults. She also carefully introduced the must-see places in the old town. The room is fully equipped, beautifully decorated, and soundproof. We live next to the church and it is not noisy. The boss lady also prepared oatmeal and a kettle. If you are in a hurry, you can also solve dinner. Recommended!

Ottima posizione, il centro storico di Zara di raggiunge in 5-10 minuti a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata sul lungomare. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, quindi niente da dire sui servizi ma sulla pulizia non ci siamo proprio. Polvere ovunque, anche sui comodini che sono le superfici più utilizzate e visibili, ma soprattutto la parete dietro il letto rivestita di carta da parati ruvida era interamente ricoperta di polvere.

VViqudngThis apartment is very cost-effective, fully equipped, modern decoration, one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom, just suitable for our family of four, it is also very convenient to cook by yourself, the kitchen is equipped with oil, salt, vinegar, etc.
The service is very good. We arrived at about 6 in the afternoon. Originally, there is no parking fee that night. The parking fee will be charged at 8 AM the next morning. When we check out at 11 AM the next morning, when we propose to pay the parking fee and city tax, both Waived. The location is very good. It is easy to find according to the navigation. It takes a few minutes to drive to the city center and there is a supermarket within a few minutes of walking.

GGuest UserIt was a very satisfying accommodation. The staff were very friendly and the parking was convenient. You can park on the road in front of the hotel for free, so it was convenient to carry your luggage. The sea view from the window was also so nice.

PPavloVery happy! Perfect location as you are literally in the center and the architecture, all the restaurants and shops are within a hand's reach. Convenient falicities. The common room is a perfect place to socialize and make new friends. There's a nice terrace as well. The staff was very friendly. I would like to mention that the chat I had with Marija was really rewarding. Such a nice woman!
Undoubtedly, if I come back to Zadar it will be to stay at this hostel.

AAlllallallThere is no elevator, but the front desk staff thanked me for lifting my luggage. Parking is comfortable.
The old town takes about 15 minutes on foot, but if you have a car, it is recommended to bring a car. The bathroom in the room was clean and there were slippers. And thanks to the staff's detailed explanation of the restaurant, we had a great meal.

GGuest UserAdvantages: The front desk lady is very good, there is no elevator to help carry the suitcase, breakfast is quite rich, parking is free.
Disadvantages: Compared with our Chinese people, we do not recommend this homestay. The hardware facilities are poor. I asked the front desk for the sheets. The shower room is too small, there is no place to put things, and it is difficult to turn around. The room is old and simple.

GGuest UserRoom 003 on the first floor is very small and closed, there is no window to open, the air is not circulating, so that I don't want to stay in the room at all, except for the sleeping period. It feels much simpler than Jinjiang Star. Really, foreign stars cannot be spoken in the same day.
When booking Hotel bastion heritage this time, there was no room for three consecutive nights. On the last night, I could book another Teatro Verdi hotel with this door.
The strange thing is that neither hotel provides bottled water, which is estimated to be the practice here. Fortunately, the supermarket is not far away, and it is not a euro to buy a bottle. It was a hot day. When I arrived at the room, I didn't even have a bottle of iced mineral water. As a four or five-star hotel, it was a bit stingy!

GGuest UserVery nice location and reasonable price. Unfortunately, my friend's backpack was stolen in the hotel. Luggage storage was unguarded. Travellers can go in and out and drop down their luggage easily. My friend's suitcase and backpack were pushed out by the others but they did not put them back and her belongings were left outside of the luggage room for a really long time. The luggage room was opposite the concierge but none of the staff tried to put her stuff back to the room. Eventually, my friend's backpack were stolen. We only realised it when we came back to the hotel and took our stuff. The staff was not that helpful and even tried to stop my friend from calling the police. After the staff checked the cctv and confirmed one of their customers who checked in that day stole my friend's backpack, she could finally call the police. Luckily, the police acted so fast or we would have missed our flight. The stay was pleasant despite this unfortunate event happened. Many of the valuable items were placed in the backpack and my friend was really upset. I hope the hotel can make a response of it and offer some compensation.

GGuest UserI would suggest to get a Taxi if come from bus station. Or else, it will take 25minutes. However, u could walk with nice scenery. If possible to contact hotel host for the self check-in info in advance.
