The hotel is simply gorgeous! Beauty is everywhere! Well-kept area, wonderful food! The service staff is attentive to each guest, care and love are shown every minute! I would like to express my deep gratitude to everyone who took care of us throughout our stay at the hotel! đŻ I recommend this hotel to everyone!
The swimming pool in the villa we stayed in was clean and slightly salty. The outdoor space had a shed, an open air, a parasol, a deck chair, and a coffee set. However, the transportation was very inconvenient. It was a long-distance place. For boats and planes, you needed to contact the hotel in advance for pick-up and drop-off. You had to contact the hotel yourself.

Beautiful location at sunset side of the island, direct beach access with plenty of possibilities to relax. Very good breakfast and dinner (possible directly at the beach). Rooms are spacious and had the most stunning (halfway) outdoor bathroom in our 1 month travel time! Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the island!
We wanted to express our deepest gratitude for the exceptional experience we had during our recent stay at your resort. The warmth and hospitality extended by your staff were truly remarkable.
Each team member demonstrated genuine kindness, selflessness, and dedication, making our stay not only comfortable but also unforgettable. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed, and we felt truly cared for throughout our visit.
From the moment we arrived until the time of our departure, the staff's commitment to ensuring our satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Please convey our heartfelt appreciation to everyone involved in making our stay at Tunak Resort a truly memorable one.
We look forward to returning and enjoying your hospitality once again.
The hotel was such a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, it was a very private place.
The infinity pool over looking the sea was perfect. The staff were friendly, food was excellent. I definitely recommend this place.
Nice villa in the jungle. Some part of the villa (specially master bathroom / open air shower is too open with a broken bamboo gate, it surely needs to be fixed and the lighting can be improved so it could be 5â and nicer;
This Villa is so amazing & heart melting, Although the road is still very narrow & hard to go through specially at night, but living 3 nights at the villa is perfectly nice & comfortable. Only thing missing is TV đ¤
The villa was clean, comfortable, and the a/c worked well. Located on a beautiful beach where turtles swim by in the mornings. Food was excellent, will definitely come back.

Outstanding
IIanThis was our third time vising Amber. The location is idyllic, peaceful and very beautiful. The beach is almost always deserted. We enjoy the tropical setting, the food, the remoteness but most of all the staff. All of the staff at Amber are so friendly, so warm and so committed to making sure you have a wonderful stay that being there always feels like its our âhome away from homeâ. A special thanks to Ardi, Ripi and to the smiling Rani on the front desk who is always so professional and helpful with great English - an invaluable member of the team! Needless to say, we'll be back! đ

AapplebananaThis resort is very worth it for the money paid but the facility is a bit old and outdated. Great and friendly staff. Overall pretty solid choice and an amazing pick if youâre on a budget.
GGuest UserHad to wait 30 or so minutes for our room to be ready? First room was very noisy from adjoining rooms and above. They obliged by shifting us to a beautifully quiet room which was lovely. Service and food in the restaurant was a bit hit and miss. Overall, if you can book a good room the hotel and location is wonderful.
MMateuszI had high expectations for my stay at Kebun Villas & Resort Lombok, given its potential and picturesque setting. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying, marking a clear departure from the resort's former glory days.
The first thing that struck me was the overall lack of maintenance. It's evident that the property has seen better days, with clear signs of wear and tear. The grounds, which could have been immaculate, were poorly kept, diminishing the natural beauty of the location.
A major letdown was the swimming pool. Despite the tropical allure, the pool was in a dire state - the water was murky, and it felt uninviting. Even after I pointed this out, and the staff seemingly cleaned it, the improvement was minimal. The water remained cloudy, making it less appealing for a refreshing dip.
The room itself was just okay. The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief, but this was overshadowed by the state of the bathroom. It was disappointingly dirty, with massive stains and a shower glass covered in limescale. It seemed as if it had only been rinsed with water, without any proper cleaning agents.
Adding to the discomfort was the sight of several out-of-use rooms. Through their windows, one could see disarray - bare mattresses, safes left haphazardly on them. It was a sad sight and spoke volumes about the current state of the resort.
Overall, Kebun Villas & Resort Lombok falls short of its potential. It's a shame to see a place with so much promise deteriorate like this. The management needs to take immediate action to restore and maintain the property to its former standards. Until then, I find it hard to recommend this resort for a pleasant stay.
TTigrah12Amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Greeting us on arrival with fresh coconut juice and friendly conversation.
We stayed at the one bedroom villa for four nights. The villa is beautiful, with a big private pool, kitchen, and sitting area. The room is open air, very well ventilated, with a mosquito net around the bed and a fan that blows directly on the bed from inside the net. There is even an AC unit behind the fan for extra comfort, although we found it unnecessary to use. The bathroom is clean and large with a freshwater shower and even hot water! I expected bugs would be a problem, but was surprised by how few were around. The staff brought breakfast to our villa each morning at the time we requested along with hot fresh coffee. (French press coffee. Not instant.) The staff even offered free laundry service for us! Aari, the staff member who catered to us during our stay, is passionate about vegan cooking and offered to give us cooking lessons during our stay.
All the staff spoke fluent English and another staff member mentioned he speaks French as well.
We could not have asked for a more perfect and restful location. Highly reccomend for couples or people looking to get away from the crowds. Please check this place out!
Thank you to Aari and the other wonderful staff!! You are so kind, welcoming and sweet!
GGuest UserLovely place to stay and great setting.
Breakfast was extensive and very enjoyable.
Only gripe was a wedding reception right outside our room, which started on the lawn in the evening and commenced with a loud activity in the early am.
MMSantorini is located on the opposite side of the Gili T from the port. I walked through the center of the island to get there and it took me about 25-30 minutes. If you have big or roller luggage, I wouldnât suggest this. I just didnât feel like trying to reason with the horse drivers (no Grab on the island) cause it was my first time and I didnât know how much it should cost. PS, horse drivers are a standard 100,000. Anywho, the resort is decent and I received a welcome juice. The room was a bit smaller than I imagine. My biggest disappointment was the pool didnât work and I booked there for 3 nights. I had to use my friends pool every day which was near the port. Other downfall, is the resort is far from the night life which is closer to port if you plan to be out late. And getting back to the resort, you walk or bike down these very dark roads. I ended up leaving after day 2 because the pool still wasnât working. Food wise, I only tried the Fried Ribs and it was ok. The people were kind and the service was nice I must say. They compensated me by giving me a free bike rental. My recommendation is if you plan to just stay in one place to relax, Santorini is ok for that if the pool is working cause the beach is just across from the resort. But if you plan to explore the island and possibly do night life, I would stay closer to the port.
GGuest UserMixed feelings
The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasnât working so it was always on
I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower
I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either itâs ok they pay me back and I leave
The staff said Iâd need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didnât show me this one first)
Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for)
I donât know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when theyâre so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
BBrandonAmazing cosy hut with friendly stuff, cool night chat with their stuff and music at night . away from the busy party sites and not too far from the jetty.
