We stayed at The Crew hotel for one night before heading to the airport. A shuttle in the morning as well as breakfast in the morning served from 6 am was included which was very convenient.
The staff at the check in wasn't very friendly and seemed to be annoyed with the questions we had. Moreover, make sure to have 1000 IDR in cash since it is the deposit.
Overall the room was really dark and could have been a bit cleaner. However, just staying for a night close to the airport and with the shuttle and breakfast it was a good choice and can be recommended for that purpose.

The hotel location is near Kualanamu airport. The condition of the rooms is good and well maintained. The room is very spacious, equipped with a large refrigerator and sink. Complete amenities and affordable prices. The staff is friendly and very helpful to guests' needs.

This is the first time I stayed at a dormy in Medan. So clean,tidy n huge space for capsules too. Near the airport and easily get picked up anytime with a very reasonable price.
So u can enjoy your rest without worry of time arrival and of course it was very light to your pocket too hihihi.
Then last for not least, the hostel prepares free simple breakfast 🍳. I amezed .

Although the room was not very soundproof, everything else was fine. Breakfast is served daily, and bath towels are changed every day. Two bottles of water. There is a table tennis table on the first floor that can play table tennis. Bicycles can be used for free.
