Worst experience ever, jave stayed in several hotels throughout India. But this kind of hospitality never seen. Mr. Shubham at reception seems to be so arrogant that he was least bother about guest stay. I asked for a water bottle, he said it will be chargable,since they would be giving only one bottle per day. I was Ok and ready to pay since I was thirsty, it was so shocking for mewhen he asked double the amount of that bisleri water bottle. When I asked why you are charging extra he said yehi rate hai leno hai toh loo. I only asked that i am not taking any kind of sevice regarding this bottle, no service has been taken. On this he argued that airport par bhi extra lete hai, my friend for your kind information there also they dont take extra than MRP. Also the stay seems to be more touchable when in the morning AC of the room was leaking and and entire room was full of water, I was about to slip but thank god I balanced myself. And my life is safe. Also when I asked if I am staying in your hotel and would be getting only bottle per day, other would be chargeable and that too at double price. On this mr shubham said kii hotel toh full hai, he is least bothered about it. In short I would never recommend this hotel for stay to anyone. And also would like to praise the person who is leading restaurant. The way he handles the guest is fantastic, he knows what exactly guest wants. Everytime when I visited the restaurant, he with is smiling face asks what will you have and really treats his guest really well like a true hotelier.

GGuest UserI was attending a marriage at the hotel and also stayed there. It should not be called as 5 star hotel, may be for Nagpur it is. Breakfast is horrible. I am a south Indian. I took Masala dosa. It was a plain dosa with a bit of potato curry thrown in. Second day same scenario. I asked for onion dosa. They threw some raw onion inside the plain dosa and it is onion dosa. Thats not the way to do. If you dont know, then dont have it on the menu. Marathi food is mostly poori, poha and dry chapathi. They dont know other items. Some of the left over from previous day dinner was kept at the breakfast next day. This is awful. Kulcha, chana, etc were there for bkfast though it was served for dinner previous night. They need to improve a lot. I have stayed in no of 5 star hotels. This is worth 3 star only from my side.

李李Hotel location is very close to the airport, about 10 minutes by car. Hotel health network is good. The taste of the food is local in India and can be less selective. Everything else is fine. The price is quite affordable

GGuest UserWorst experience ever, jave stayed in several hotels throughout India. But this kind of hospitality never seen. Mr. Shubham at reception seems to be so arrogant that he was least bother about guest stay. I asked for a water bottle, he said it will be chargable,since they would be giving only one bottle per day. I was Ok and ready to pay since I was thirsty, it was so shocking for mewhen he asked double the amount of that bisleri water bottle. When I asked why you are charging extra he said yehi rate hai leno hai toh loo. I only asked that i am not taking any kind of sevice regarding this bottle, no service has been taken. On this he argued that airport par bhi extra lete hai, my friend for your kind information there also they dont take extra than MRP. Also the stay seems to be more touchable when in the morning AC of the room was leaking and and entire room was full of water, I was about to slip but thank god I balanced myself. And my life is safe. Also when I asked if I am staying in your hotel and would be getting only bottle per day, other would be chargeable and that too at double price. On this mr shubham said kii hotel toh full hai, he is least bothered about it. In short I would never recommend this hotel for stay to anyone. And also would like to praise the person who is leading restaurant. The way he handles the guest is fantastic, he knows what exactly guest wants. Everytime when I visited the restaurant, he with is smiling face asks what will you have and really treats his guest really well like a true hotelier.
