We were able to park our car right next to the hotel, which was great for us as we were leaving for Mt. Koya early in the morning. Maxvalue supermarket right in front, open 24 hours (discount on lunch boxes and other instant foods during dinner time). Walk straight along the street next to the supermarket and you will reach the beach in 10 minutes. Walk along the beach road to Linkou Premium Outlet and you can enter the building of Seaside Dining restaurant (about 15-20 minutes on foot). Exactly what you'd expect from a hotel near an airport, and even maybe a bit more. Clean and tidy rooms, okay public baths. Breakfast is well furnished although not exceptional. Super helpful staff. A very good solution if you want to catch and early flight, hotel airport shuttle is on point.

It's a little far from the station (about a 15-minute walk), but it's relatively cheap, and there's a convenience store in front, so it was great for a night without meals. Also, I checked in a little late, but the front desk staff was very kind and helped me out when I didn't know anything, and they told me about amenities and nearby service coupons. One disappointing thing is that the toothbrush was still there from the previous user, and it wasn't a new one, so it didn't feel clean.

Great Room Size but Disturbed by Wind Noise I stayed at a hotel in Rinku before my flight from Kansai International Airport (KIX) and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a twin room. This room was significantly larger than the one I had booked, and in fact, it was the most spacious room I encountered during my entire stay in Japan. The room was clean, and I appreciated the extra space. However, my experience was overshadowed by the intense wind noise throughout the night. The sound was so loud that I initially thought someone was rolling their suitcase in the hallway during the midnight hours. It turned out to be just the wind, but it was loud enough to keep me awake. I even asked the receptionist to check the noise, as I was uneasy and initially thought it might be something supernatural. The staff was kind and helpful in addressing my concerns. While the location is convenient for an early flight, it’s not particularly close to the station, which might be a consideration for travelers relying on public transport. Overall, the hotel is decent, with excellent room size and helpful staff, but the wind noise detracted from my comfort.
