And when you're loaded, it's also the most important thing.
You can use the subway at Migeum Station through the building.
There are bars, convenience stores, rice shops and so on around.
Good convenience
Great location !!!!

To be honest, this hotel is pretty good in all aspects. It is very close to the subway entrance. The only embarrassing place is that I went on Saturday and booked a room online. I just asked me to add 30,000 won, otherwise I won’t let me stay.
There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, so it's convenient. It's quiet and nice to have a terrace. However, it's hard to find the entrance to the accommodation and there are no tables or chairs on

MMarsha MarshaHello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in ”Little Yanji”... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea).
First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway.
Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement.
GGuest UserI love staying in this style of motel hotel personally whenever I am in Korea. Vine Hotel was definitely one of the best. I never heard my neighbors, they listened to me and helped me extend my stay when I had some issues flying out and never complained when I was coming back late with a car to park. The hotel is also right by the Seongnam subway stop so easy to around with public transportation and there is a GS25 right near by so easy to grab snacks. The only complaint I have is the mini fridge was oddly small and could barely hold anything so for people who stay for linger periods and like to have some drinks and snack, it is a little difficult to store. Otherwise 10 out of 10 for me
GGuest UserWe stayed at the residence side and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in on all of our travels. Very spacious, clean and NEW!!!
All the staff members were very attentive, especially the manager for the WiFi support was courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and value for the money. Having the 24-hr CU (mini mart) in the 1st floor of the hotel was very convenient.
Special shout out to our housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Just few minor suggestions to the hotel management:
1. Don’t need a calendar, but do need clocks in the living room and the bedroom.
2. Need a trash can in the kitchen/dining table area.
3. Would be good to have a small dish rack, since guests are required to do the dishes
4. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the showers flaps around when closed if the heater or air is on. Needs to somehow stabilize it, it doesn’t make noise trying to sleep.
With just few minor improvements it would be a “perfect” place to stay!
DDrew LIt’s so hard trying to find a legit hotel and filter out those love motels that are just everywhere in Korea. This place is clean, professional and the service is great. Front desk will help you navigate taxis, airport transfers etc. Actually.. I don’t know if their English is any good… oh and bring or buy your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash. They have their own but it’s pretty bad.
The hotel is super close to a massive department store which sits above the subway. AK plaza.
Valet parking available(valet is pretty standard in Korea and not a luxury service). Rooftop has a cage for practicing your golf swing. Fully fitted out gym not those paltry 2 running machines and 1 dumbbell ones you find in smaller hotels and free to use laundromat. Breakfast is okay and great if you need food early in the morning. Breakfast options nearby are limited to convenience store food and those egg toast things on the street for W5000.
Will stay here again.
GGuest UserHotel Pangyo Quiet Nice lives up to its name, offering a tranquil and comfortable stay in the heart of Pangyo. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-designed, with excellent soundproofing for a peaceful atmosphere. The friendly staff provide attentive service, and the amenities, including a cozy café and reliable Wi-Fi, cater to both business and leisure travelers. The breakfast buffet is a highlight, featuring fresh Korean and international dishes. Conveniently located yet remarkably quiet, this hotel is an ideal choice for those seeking relaxation and convenience in one package.
GGuest UserThe room was huge, which was nice, but overall it was dark and didn't have any windows (motel?) There was a styler and a microwave, but I didn't use it. I was surprised that the bathroom trash can was full of trash, as if they had forgotten to clean it.
There were more outlets than I expected, but strangely they all didn't fit well into the holes, making it inconvenient to charge.
The location is close to Seohyeon Station, so it's nice that there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. Parking is mechanical, but they provide valet parking.
WWai LynnThe hotel location, the cleanliness, the inroom facility all are good. The main dis-appointed thing was that when I was there, I had waited for the hotel check in process. I understood about the check in time. Most of the hotel helped us to check in as early as possible if there was an available room. The receptionist (Julia) I have been attached the photos, avoided anyone to proceed check in. She was not helpful and good minded staff.
When I was requesting her at 1 pm, she told me that I needed to pay early check in fee about 25% of room charges. Three minutes after she said (1.03pm), the another receptionist (if I was not wrong, Jay) helped us to check in. It meant that the previous staff Julia avoided to serve the customer.
At the time of check out, I again met with Julia again. Although I requested to leave my baggage at the reception. She asked us to go other places and requested for it.
LLee DongwookI booked this hotel for my business clients.
1. Location is quite good as it is close to Gangnam area.
2. Hotel was clean and cannot complain about it.
3. Front desk staffs were friendly. But if you try to dial them for the extension of the stay, it was so difficult to make a phone call with the front desk. No response in many cases.
There was no bell boy and no concierge service at all. You will have to carry your own bags, no matter how big it is. If you get the room for your business clients, it can be very embarrassing as they do not provide such a concierge service. I hope the hotel management increases the number of employees for the concierge service.
4. facilities were good.
GGuest UserThis hotel room is beautiful and is situated at a retail square surrounded by good food.
The bathroom has really nice toiletries. Wish they have better privacy for the bathroom though.
The hotel staff are very nice and friendly and accommodating, even helping us to book ktx tickets as we did not have a Korean phone number.
Hotel is within 5 min walk of the subway station, an easy walk even with luggage. From the subway, there is an elevator that goes up into the mall and it’s just a straight path across 2 roads to the hotel.
GGEORGIII had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was very convenient — close to public transportation, restaurants, and convenience stores. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short trip. The staff was friendly and helpful, even though not everyone spoke fluent English, they tried their best to assist me.
The breakfast was simple but tasty. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and daily room cleaning. Overall, a great value for the price. I would definitely consider staying here again when I come back to Korea.
Thank you for a pleasant stay!
