Good quality hotel. Coffee tea and kettle in rooms. Clean, smoke smell free rooms, comfortable beds. Everything functioning well and friendly and attentive staff many whom spoke good English. Already stayed twice and will go again next time if I’m back that way.

New hotel, good in all aspects, service is very warm, health is also very clean
The fly in the ointment is that the service is not professional enough. The front desk English is not good enough and I don't understand the keywords. The heating is gone. I called the front desk three times and who wants to ask others. I don't know how to open it. Finally, I know that the city is not warmed. There are many flying insects in the room, and the front desk has no way
