Very good. My daughter and I both think this is the best hotel on this trip. The price-performance ratio is also very high. The food in the restaurant is very delicious. The only downside is that there is a waiter in the restaurant who has been courteous and does not want tips, but asks us to buy him a hookah. After we refused, he went to buy it himself and signed our room. When we checked out, we found this matter and communicated with the hotel. The hotel will refund the money to us.

This is my second time to Maldives Hotel service attitude is very poor 1) Poor arrangement of seaplane I was the last seaplane to arrive on the island, unfortunately I encountered a seaplane delay It was dark when we arrived at the island. 2) Downgrade Room I have booked a water massage room and paid in full! But when the last seaplane arrived at the island, the hotel said that the room I booked had been sold out and could not be provided to me, so I was arranged to stay in the most basic sand house. It was not until the next day that a water villa was available for me to stay in. It’s neither reasonable nor fair. In the end, I spent several hours arguing with the hotel, and the hotel manager also showed up before they were willing to refund the difference. It was originally intended to be a celebration of the anniversary, but the hotel's arrangements ruined the mood of the celebration  As it was already dark, the hotel staff said they would introduce the island facilities to me when I changed rooms the next day. The facilities were not introduced until the second day. I don't know what activities there are on the island. I don't even know the restaurant's opening hours. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Centara Grand Resort in the Maldives. The entire staff was amazing and incredibly kind throughout my stay. In particular, I must commend Nabeel for his outstanding service. His attentiveness and helpfulness truly set him apart, and he seemed like he should be the manager with his level of dedication. Her warm and friendly demeanor made my check-in process seamless and enjoyable. The Centara Grand Resort is a true paradise, and the exceptional staff, including Nabeel and Chanapha, made my stay even more memorable. I can't wait to return and experience their top-notch hospitality once again.

It is a perfect resort hotel, the hotel is very new, the design concept is also very new, and all the facilities are very advanced. The food is also delicious with a good variety. I live in the water house in room 220, and their water house has a jacuzzi. I feel that the jacuzzi is more practical than the swimming pool. After swimming in the sea, you can take a hot bath directly, perfect! The included teppanyaki was unexpectedly good, in the form of interactive performances. The chef from the Philippines is skilled, serving about 6.7 guests at a table, and everyone is very happy... The relative disadvantage is that the Chinese service on the island is still a little less compared to the proportion of domestic guests. After all, it is a bit painful to use your own plastic English to deal with curry English every day... You can consider adding some Chinese menus or something. Generally speaking, it is a super nice hotel. My daughter almost cried when she left, and specially asked me to give them a 6-star review^_^

Потрясающий гест хауз! Великолепно встретили на тук-туке привезли в отель, помогли с доставкой вещей. Угостили кокосом и дали приятное полотенце после знойной жары. В номере было все для необходимости, а так же украшенная кровать из цветов. Высококлассный евроремонт, ухоженная зона отдыха. Вкусная кухня и вежливый персонал. Рекомендую попробовать мальдивскую кухню и европейскую, цены минимальные. Выражаю благодарность Сияму и Ануфу за оказанную помощь и проявленную инициативу, ребята очень сильно стараются сделать ваш отдых незабываемым. Ануф все подскажет по локациям острова и даст советы. Сиям как профессиональный владелец отеля всегда на связи в случае необходимости. Вас встретят вначале и проведут до конца. Это место в которое хочется возвращаться. Рекомендую к посещению и отдыху . Крепко жму руку собственнику и его коллегам, такого искреннего и сердечного отношения давно не встречал. Я еще обязательно вернусь !

While facilities aren't ultra-luxe, they're perfectly functional with reliable Wi-Fi and a decent communal area. Not five-star opulence, but who needs that when you've got paradise outside? Great spot for adventurers wanting an authentic Maldivian experience without breaking the bank. 🌴 Recommended!
