GGuest UserFrom April 18 to April 23 I attended a conference and I host 5 nights and 6 days in this hotel. During my stay, the lift was decomposition almost all the time, they always mentioned that in 10 minutes it would be resolved, it worked and it was decomposition again in a few minutes. On the day of my check-in, I had an event that I could not attend because my bag was impossible to climb through the stairs and waiting for the lift to be repaired it was late and no longer gave me time to attend the event; The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. In addition to the lifts and the hostel were out of service, the staff also have no service spirit. One night I arrived in my room tired and seated by climbing up the stairs and realized that they had not left water, when they called to ask for it, they told me ”if you like it can go down for it” , I said, of course, no and just a few minutes they sent it to my room. Although they agreed to take it, I find it unacceptable to ask a guest to go down for a article when he asks, and much less if the lift doesn't work and the article was missing in the room. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

Me hospedé durante una noche en el City Express de Ciudad Obregón. El servicio es muy amable, el hotel está limpio y muy bien ubicado. El desayuno viene incluido y está bueno. Sin embargo, tuve una pequeña decepción con este hotel. Mi habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, pero se le notaba falta de mantenimiento: El tapón del resumidero del lavamanos no estaba funcionando. Se podían observar hongos donde el techo se unía con el muro. En el muro junto a mi cama se podían ver manchas de pisadas de zapatos, y lo que mas me llamó la atención fue el gran parche que había en la alfombra, donde se hizo una reparación. Alguien mas quisquilloso que yo se hubiese molestado bastante. Repito que el resto de la estadía fue placentera. Pero este tipo de detallitos les da muy mala imagen a los hoteles. No creo que City Express merezca el lugar número 1 en relación costo-beneficio entre los hoteles de Ciudad Obregón.

RRicherTripsThis is a typical business hotel, so don´t expect anything fancy. The lobby is simple, the rooms are simple, the décor is simple, the furniture is basic. What´s not very simple is the room layout, at least, the one where my husband and I stayed. The shower and toilet are inside the bathroom, but the sink is outside, facing the bed; not facing the wall, but the bed. The mirror hangs on the wall, at your left. The bed is soft and bumpy. The curtains block the sunlight correctly. There´s a large minibar, empty, so bring your own refreshments.
