"The hotel is in a good location, just next to SM, walk for a few minutes, go to other shopping malls, there are other shopping malls in the Pacific Ocean, and they are very close. It's a walk away. The tutu is 80 pesos, and the security guard at the door calls 150 pesos.
The general environment of the hotel is just for the transition. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport. You can make an appointment in advance and it will be 10 minutes away. Several pharmacies nearby are very convenient to buy masks and disinfectants. There are few Chinese here and no one grabs them.
There are many meals in SM, so it is easy to eat there on foot. Breakfast in the hotel, one day buffet, one day set meals, nothing to eat, very simple.
On the whole, the service is good, there are many younger brothers, they are all mature, and they feel safe."
"The big bed room is very comfortable. The whole hotel is clean and hygienic, and the attitude of the waiters is also very good. There are many shopping malls located around the downtown area within walking distance (for example: sm). The price/performance ratio is very high. And the hot water in the hotel’s bath is very fast. And the pillows are also very textured. For people like me who stay in hotels for a long time, it’s really good👍"
"Location is great - near malls, parks and seaside. The room looks nice and neat. Beddings and furnishings are great. Buffet bfast was good as well. Staffs are polite and great. Shuttle service is available and arrived earlier than scheduled which is very convenient.
Cable tv does not have any channels. Hot shower is not available on my room - others seem to have it based on other reviews."

"Excellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service."

"I don't know if it's the off-season, but I feel the service is not very good. The normal check-in time is 14:00, but I checked in early because of my flight. Although the hotel let us check in, they didn't tell us that there would be an extra charge until we checked out. They charged an extra 600 pesos. And the room was not cleaned every day."
"We booked this hotel for 1 night stay in Legaspi City. Opun check in the receptionest ask for 300pesos as per hotel protocol I dont know for what but doesn't stated in the booking and we book two rooms so we paid 600 hundred pesos. The room for me is so clean the only problem is there is no lock on toilet, bidet is not working properly also the heater. But for someone looking for cheaper hotel this hotel is okay for only one night stay to relax overall is good for me."
"The location was so good. If you walk a little, there are banks and park cathedrals, so it's okay to go and see them and it's safe. The staff are so kind and listen to your requests. When I asked where to go and whether there was a jifree in the morning, he told me without any blockage and arrived at my destination immediately after leaving the room 👍👍"

"Location is perfect for our port operations. Service is good but loud cars pass by every now and then. Not the hotels fault though"

9.1/10
JJuillardThe hotel itself is located close to the city and the mall. It’s clean and the most of the staff were accomodating. The rooms were clean and smelled good. Food served in the two restaurants in the lobby and on the roofdeck were great! Things I didn’t really like:
Power outages: I understand that there was a 12-hour blackout happening in the city and that the power supplier is a total mess. But a hotel of this caliber should have automatic backup generators that need to fire up as soon as there are power outages from the grid which should make the power outage unnoticeable. All throughout the night, there were at least 8 or 9 times that the power went on and off in quick succession in a span of an hour. I needed to get up several times to turn on the air conditioning system every time that there was a power outage.
Pillows: It was a little too firm for me. Laying on it positioned my head in an uncomfortable way unlike softer pillows or memory foam pillows which are more comfortable. The pillows also retained heat, which also added to the discomfort. I suggest investing in better quality ones considering the cost of the hotel (memory foam pillows and/or cooling pillow). I ended up sleeping with no pillow under my head, which was ok since the mattress has a good balance of firm and soft.
Shower: This may be a maintenance issue. The shower drain in my room (257) weren’t draining water well. It was probably clogged with hair or other foreign objects. The water filled the floor quickly which made it overflow into the room. Needed to use the towel to wipe off the puddle. Also, the hotel maintenance staff needs to fix the water pressure. It was too low and the shower head need maintenance since some of the holes are already probably clogged with mineral deposits.
One of the staff members in the Le Sans Cafe: I didn’t remember her name but she had this vibe that didn’t sit right with me. She was smiling to other customers but when I tried interacting with her to order food or ask for water, her mood seemed to change from welcoming to unwelcoming. It seemed like she didn’t want me in the restaurant to the point that I felt uncomfortable and felt afraid to get her attention. I had to wait for the other waitress/waiters to come by my table to ask for something. The other staff members were okay. They were smiling as they took my order and seemed genuine that they wanted me to be there.
Check out process: it took a little too long for the room check to finish upon my check out. Needed to wait 20 minutes in the lobby until they called my attention to tell me I’m free to go. Other hotels I’ve booked took less than 5 minutes and some didn’t even have to do a room check.
One staff member that had a RBF and the slow check out process are the reasons for my 3 star rating on service.
The clogged drain and faulty shower heads and low water pressure plus the constant power outage are the reasons for my 3 star on ammenities.
Hoping that the management or owner sees this so they can improve on an otherwise really nice hotel.
MMooseong LimI was worried that it would be noisy because it's on the main road, but it's relatively quiet, and there's a mart downstairs, so it's convenient to buy necessities, and jeepneys go often, so transportation is good, the price is good, and the staff are very friendly, so I recommend it.

혜혜택Putting everything else aside, you are really kind.
Please write down on paper where I need to go and how to get there.
He came out to the front and grabbed a motorcycle and gave me an explanation of where I needed to go, so I continued to connect and connect and arrived at my destination without any problems.
Really, this was so kind that I felt grateful to all the people of Legazpi.
FFulgencio PolThe place is very close to the mall and food park, as a traveller local and street food might think twice for cleanliness and water sensitivity, the place is not too bad few bad and good, water will disappear in n o time so better ask the front desk to put the water on. Not as cleaned as 3 star but can be done for 1 night,No elevator service if you have a large luggage and bad knee this place is not for you. Mall are nearby 5-7 mins walk.
AAnonymous UserWe're excited that it finally re-opened. Here's our review:
ROOM
Our first room was okay, but the filter of aircon is dirty so we had the staff cleaned it. next, we would like to go out to swim but their SDB was not fixed in the cabinet so we dont think how was that ”SAFE” knowing that it can be removed. so we just let it pass. then going back after our dip in the pool, we took a shower, but voila! the drainage doesnt drain at all 😂 so we decided to request to transfer to another room. so on the next room, as you enter, you will smell that it was not used for a period of time. the carpet was dusty, you can feel it on your feet. in this room, aircon and bathroom are now okay.
RESTAURANT
Volcanic Grill - before it was so nice to lounge here because of the food, but during our stay, the food was limited and there is no meat to grill 😅 how was that called volcanic grill? we ordered other food, and tbh, it's delicious and big serving.
Breakfast - Since it is a weekday, we expect that it is not buffet, the food are not the same as before but it is still sumptious. we enjoyed our breakfast.
POOL
Of course, the hotel has the best view of Mayon. Nothing else to say, just look at the photo.
SERVICE
The staff are all respectful.
PRICE
It is a bit pricey given, they should have lower the price first to gain clients.
GGuest UserThe service is good. The location is an excellent place to watch the Mayon Volcano. The service staff is enthusiastic and the facilities are average. It is at the level of Philippine folk customs. There are schools and restaurants nearby and it is not far from the sea.
FFULGENCIO OBADOthe hotel is very basic, no cabinet, the water in the sink is very slow, had a hot water. Its kind of old and no proper meantinance, no elevator so if you had a problem climbing the stairs this is not for you. the bed is good, the sheet are already warring out the color white is now getting dark. tv reception is bad, I cannot recommend this hotel at all.
LLopezThe place is very convenient for exploring both Legazpi City and Mount Mayon, as it is in the middle point between both. The bed is very comfortable. The room is also quiet enough and clean. The girls in charge are very nice too.
