Find the Cheap Zator Hotels

Very good hotel, nice moment but the contact with the owner was difficult and not really appropriate... No phone, only text, responding 30min later, giving us bad codes for our room and our infos to others clients...

We visited the hotel at the beginning of September, unfortunately my son broke his arm practically right after entering the inflatable playground. We have signed a consent to use the attractions. After the whole incident, we asked the manager if the hotel had a policy and if there was a chance to take advantage of it. Manager assured us that he would make every effort to help us (quite serious fracture requiring long rehabilitation). He promised to check if we had a chance for compensation despite the signed declaration. Mr. Wojciech cheated for 3 months that he was waiting for an answer in our case, another time that he was overworked and forgot. We have received a message several times that he has already received an answer and is sending it to us. Eventually the Mr. Wojciech stopped answering the phone and answering. We are disappointed in the way we have been treated. How can you deceive someone for so long? We are sorry that we have been lied to for so long in such a difficult situation. It would suffice to answer. What was this dragging of the topic supposed to do? Despite the great idea and wonderful architecture of the place, we will never come back and do not recommend it. Everything is fine as long as nothing happens, in a crisis situation the level of management leaves a lot to be desired.

We visit Molo every summer for swimming and winter for ice skating. This review will be focused on outdoor swimming pool which we really love. Beautiful views, very clean , big slide and paddling pool for little kids as well. The prices are not cheap but reasonable for Polish market. Food is excellent and unpaid parking is a bonus, but yes it is so popular that it can get very crowded so the best is to arrive early

Hotel is amazing. Good breakfast included with stay, but not much variety to choose from. Restaurant set up was a bit strange. Website lists 3 but there was only 1 location. Whatever you do DO NOT get a Thai massage! They use their full body weight and do not adjust the amount of pressure they use. I’m 5 ft 6 inches and 125 pounds (58 kg) the masseuse weighed more than I do. After less than 2 minutes I had to stop the massage because it was SO painful. I asked her to use less pressure and she just kept saying “traditional Thai massage is deep pressure” I ended up having to pay more money for a different massage instead of her just reducing the pressure she was using. Hotel in a very good location - to the Auschwitz museum you can get on foot in 25 minutes. Beside the hotel cheap parking is unguarded. Good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. + for iron in rooms

From the outside this hotel looks lovely and there are some great touches to it. However once inside it's a different matter. They have obviously tried to keep a lot of the original brickwork & machinery of the place but all the light fittings have wires exposed which spoils the look a little in the bar and restaurant area. The staff all appear very aloof, not at all friendly and they are not attentive to guests needs. We were made to feel like we were an inconvenience. This hotel doesn't give the impression they want to look after their guests. There are no helpful welcome packs with information in your rooms. There is some info on the TV screen but unless you are Polish you can't understand it so have to use Google translate but even then the info is very sparse and not very helpful. The rooms are not too bad. We stayed in a family room. It was small. The beds were awful. It was like sleeping on trampolines and the mattresses wouldn't stay on the bed frame. The bed linen was stained. Coffee/tea wasn't refilled and the air conditioning was useless! It was extremely hot weather and our room was so hot. We had booked for breakfast each morning. It varied each day but you could always guarantee dry bread, dry pastries/cake and staff were very slow refilling when food and cutlery items were low. It was nice to relax in the whirlpool and have a swim in the pool but the area is very small and the floors get very slippy. We were told dressing gowns & slippers would be available to us ... they weren't. All in all our stay was sadly disappointing.
