"BUT NO SHOWER! Thanks to the shuttle dude to circle back for me at 10:45pm, and pm desk clerk for helping. Nice room, nice bed. Funky tv remote was sporadic. The water didn’t divert from the tub faucet to the shower head. Barely a dribble. I had no time to call maintenance as the front desk suggested when I alerted them. NO SHOWER! That’s a good 50% of the need for a hotel over a box in a field. The other is the bed. A bathroom, esp the shower! I’d like compensation!"

"I used to live in the northwest Chicago area, now in Missouri and Hong Kong. I fly in snd out of ord 3-5 times/yr and this is my new favorite place. Easy to ord, Chicago, west and nw suburbs. Everything is 20 min. Hotel is large enough for good amenities— restaurant, bar, gym. Rooms are huge, clean, good water pressure in the shower. Beds and pillows are comfortable Highly recommended from a world traveler."

"The room was large, two Queen size double beds were comfortable to sleep, but there were some black mold stains on one of the walls. There is a free breakfast, although there are not many choices."

"The room was clean and the environment was good. The staff was not very nice. I clearly booked a twin room, but they insisted on giving me a large bed and a sofa bed. "Very clean and good service, but it's far from the airport than I thought and quite far from downtown Chicago. I think it's hard to come and go for those who don't have a car as the name of a motel! Service is very good and coffee is provided free of charge!"

"Location is out of the way but that is not a problem when staying one night for travel. The hotel has an indoor pool too. There aren’t any convenience stores nearby unfortunately. Room was a good temperature."

"It's an Indian-run hotel. I think it's average. It's about 10 kilometers from the airport, but the hotel has a shuttle bus that runs every hour. There's no breakfast, but you can buy it. It's a bit expensive, so I don't think it's worth it. But in Chicago, safety comes first."
