We booked a triple room, and there was only one bed in the room. It turned out that the table was folded up and the bed was pulled down from the wall. This hotel is very cost-effective among Disney hotels, with two large swimming pools, which are very lively at night. There are many shuttle buses outside the hotel to various Disney parks and towns, and transportation is very convenient.

No breakfast, no room cleaning, the carpet is slightly dirty, the quilt is a little thin, but it’s good to be quiet. It’s safe enough. It’s not far from Disney. I want to experience the feeling of staying at the hotel.

The room was and service was great. I loved it. Unfortunately when I woke up in the morning I had painful bites all over my ankles and feet. I later found out they were bed bug bites.

Manager was on site to give me a tour of the facility including where the laundry services were ! Some smart TVs would be great ! There are many children that play in that hotel , maybe different programs will help in entertaining them . Love the hotel size and how sociable Everyone is

The room was especially good and the suite was not only comfortable. The bathroom bathroom suite is separate. The kitchen is fully functional and the hotel's dining is also great. It is especially convenient to go straight down to the large floating range in the hotel lobby.

There is a set of nonsense in this hotel. We originally booked 2 large beds, and the result did give us a big bed room. Our 3 big 1 children couldn't live. The hotel front desk told us that there was no room in the evening, so I can contact. Ctrip butler, the butler said that there is no way to contact the local hotel for the time difference relationship, there is no way we can make a night to sleep on the ground, I asked Ctrip to contact the hotel to give me a statement, after 2 days received the hotel reply, said that the room was found that night I have to change it, I think the big bed room is more expensive and refused, what? I am stupid enough to sleep on the ground without changing rooms? I didn't receive this call at all, and I kept the domestic call when I was booking at Ctrip (in shutdown). The hotel’s swearing words are really high, shirking responsibility, and your work is not rigorous, causing me to suffer damage and arrogance. What kind of things, this hotel should be no one to live in the future, I wish you close the door as soon as possible

NNu197Location is great, near McDonald’s and others. The carpet at walk way area in front of the rooms is very old and smell bad, but inside room is okay. There is a shuttle bus to Magic Kingdom but there is only one time and if you want to enter the park early, then you have to take taxi there anyway but it’s not too far from Disney’s so taxi cost is approximately ＞$20. Breakfast is good!

CCCciweiThe room has one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom, with a washing machine and dryer, which is very suitable for family travel. There are pots and dishwashers in the kitchen, so it is very convenient to cook something by yourself.
I originally struggled for a long time and wanted to book a hotel near Disney, but when I was traveling by car, I wanted to book a night here to try it out. After I came, I felt good. I stayed for four nights in total. It took about 20 minutes to drive to Disney and half an hour to Sea World. The hotel has shuttle buses to SeaWorld and Disney's Hollywood Park, but the buses are very infrequent.
The hotel park is a large golf resort with many buildings and free parking. I will consider this place next time I come to Orlando.

GGuest UserThere was only coffee in the morning even though they advertised free breakfast. The bathroom shower was not clean and the room had an odor. The ac was not on when we arrived and the unit was very loud when it ran. There was no sign on the building with their name on it only a small sign down a side road that was stuck in the ground at the driveway on the side of the hotel. The front entrance was blocked off which was annoying because the GPS takes you to the front entrance. We would not stay there again.

GGuest UserVicinity of my daughter and granddaughter. Room was OK, a little musty smell in halls and room but lowering air conditioning helped to eliminate. Bed was comfortable and lots of soft pillows. If you're there to watch TV...don't go there. The television is about the size of a computer monitor, although they have lots of channels. Did not use any other amenities but would stay again.

JJanet CallI took my 9-year-old grandson to Disney World and randomly picked a hotel that accommodated our needs and schedule. The price was reasonable, so I booked for 3 nights. We got there a day early, so I took a chance and went to the front desk. Asking (Joe) if they had accommodations for our extra night. He said absolutely! He was so nice and helpful and made sure all our needs were met, made sure we got fed and made sure we felt safe. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The next day we met Howard at the front desk. He was just as nice and accommodating for the next 3 nights. He took special care with me and my grandson. The complementary breakfasts could not have been any better. And I mean a full course breakfast with a lot of choices. Every evening after arriving back at our room, the room was had been beautifully cleaned. I was extremely happy with our entire stay. I will stay at this Quality Inn again for sure. I HIGHLY recommend this HOTEL to ANY and EVERYONE. Thank You Joe and Howard for our nice stay and you guys taking such good care of us. Looking forward to our next trip!

BBellKarenThe resort was ok. However I will never book with trip.com again. I booked for the weekend of 3/18, checkout 3/20. I became very ill and requested my trip be moved to the next weekend, the 25th. They charged me $85, sent me a confirmation email and a check in voucher. I arrived at the resort and was informed I had no reservation. I sat with my family in the car until 10pm when they finally let me pay the 2 days resort fee and the $100 deposit. We got our room and went to bed. The next morning I was told it was fixed , no problem. That afternoon the resort told me I had to pay for my reservation as the payment from trip.com had not been received. I did not have the funds to pay again as I'm on Social Security Disabilty and this was a present for my grandson's 11th birthday. After many calls to trip.com and the front desk they decided to refund my money and I paid the resort when I got home. A totally ruined weekend for my family and I.

AAnonymous UserThe location of this hotel, um, it is still convenient to eat, but you have to have transportation to travel. Well, my room door lock was broken, so it still feels not safe to sleep, because he is an open hotel, but the location from Disney and other places is very good, the service awareness of the service staff is also very good, so overall it is OK.
