My daughter and I needed a bit of decompressing after helping a friend move. We decided Kissimmee was just what we needed. This hotel is a Good Neighbor hotel of Walt Disney World. We have stayed in a lot of Comfort Suites and this now is our favorite. It has a deluxe hot breakfast, including Mickey waffles. The pool is open 24 hours and the proximity to Old Town is a plus. I would 100% stay here again.
The location is amazing , close to Disney and helps you avoid the traffic if I-4. The team is super helpful, and do everything to make your stay super comfortable (specially Mauro and Andrey). Can’t wait to return to Orlando and for sure I’ll stay again in the celebration suites

Nice modern room, even if a bit small for 4 people. The main table turns into another bed. There's a good fridge, a coffee maker, tea and coffee. Good shower and good products in the bathroom. The pools were basic but great with a nice water temperature. The service from all the staff was great, they really have a good customer service culture.

No breakfast, no room cleaning, the carpet is slightly dirty, the quilt is a little thin, but it’s good to be quiet. It’s safe enough. It’s not far from Disney. I want to experience the feeling of staying at the hotel.
Introducing a new way to vacation in one of central Floridas most-loved destinations. Spectrum at Reunion Resort features spacious vacation rentals that provide all the comforts of home with more space than you would find in a hotel room and luxurious touches throughout. Choose the accommodations that are right for your family or group. Then enjoy modern resort living at its finest.
In addition to the breakfast is quite rich, the other is really too general, the front desk's brother accent is very strange, the room is not soundproof, the name is very magic, in fact, it is still a common motel in the United States, and children are only because there are some simple children's play Facilities only
Hello How are you? I would like to share my experience at your hotel. When we arrived at the hotel we were delighted, we thought the golf course was beautiful, the room was super spacious, we loved it, our room was 206. But we closed for 3 nights, on the last day we agreed to go to Universal and pack our bags to go back to Miami. We were late and left the hotel at 11 am, when we saw that there would be no time, we thought of extending one more night. We got back to the hotel at 9pm and to our surprise there was someone else in our room. When talking to the receptionist she told us that we should have checked out by 10am and that our things were collected and placed in security. I wondered, why no one called if they had our phone details, when they saw that it was 11 am and we were still in the apartment, why no one called us?? Why weren't we alerted? I went to get our luggage together with one of their employees, when I got there our things were all placed in bags, all thrown away. I started to check things out, but I felt super coerced with 3 security guards looking at me, with clothes and panties thrown everywhere. I ended up saying that I would check better when I arrived at the other hotel, as I felt pressured to open my things in front of three men. Arriving at my other hotel, I went to check things out and found that several things were missing, my personal hygiene, my lamer creams, my AirPods Apple, my Chanel perfume, my hairdryer, my curling iron. I called the hotel and they said no. couldn't do anything, they didn't even try to look, they just said it wasn't there. Honestly, I was completely displeased with the hotel, I felt super ashamed, because they treated me like a criminal, the way they treated it looked like I hadn't paid the hotel bill, and on the contrary I wanted to close one more night. I wanted you to know what happened, because the way you treated your customers is very sad, I will certainly never stay at your hotel again and I don't recommend it to anyone else. I'm taking legal action in this regard.
Manager was on site to give me a tour of the facility including where the laundry services were ! Some smart TVs would be great ! There are many children that play in that hotel , maybe different programs will help in entertaining them . Love the hotel size and how sociable Everyone is

GGuest UserFirst of all, let me say we were blessed to have shelter and food during Hurricane Ian. There was a mandatory evacuation for us living on the water in Pinellas county. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Special thanks to Oneeph at the front desk. He went above and beyond to help us find the hotel ( we had been driving for 5 hours and got lost in Kissimmee). He helped us with our luggage and was a very friendly face in a stressful time. Very helpful and professional The hotel is older and could use a bit of renovation. Several things did not work in our room and I had to spend a lot of time with staff to get everything working. During the storm, our room, the elevators, and the first floor all had water coming in. We were on the 5th floor. Windows and doors should be upgraded. They gave us another room and it was fine. Difficut times difficult situation but we all got thru it. Thank you.
GGuest UserSurprisingly nice!. This resort is actually really nice, clean, and lots of amenities and activities. We live on the road, per se, staying in different resorts. We stayed at all of the Diamond Resorts in Orlando, and Mystic Dunes I think is the best one. Although Diamond (or most of their top resorts) is now part of Hilton Grand Vacations, and we stayed at a good sample of Hilton resorts I would still rank Mystic Dunes in the top 15%. We stayed for 2-weeks back to back in a 2-bedroom unit overlooking the pool in the newest building (#30?), the one beside the registration office, and fitness room. The gym is super large, one of the biggest gyms in all the resorts we stayed in, lots of machines, weights, etc... The resort also has shuttles or golf carts that runs every 15 min everywhere to take you to the different pools, tennis courts, mini-golf course, or where ever you want to go. We tried almost every activity at the main pool which is absolutely awesome. The waterfall is relaxing, massage. The slide is actually decent, and there are plenty of lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, and a really nice tiki bar... You can also ride bikes, you can rent them all day for free! The 2-bedroom condo has a lot of space, very open, and the balcony is screened with tremendous views of the golf courses. I think maybe the only down side that I recall was that there were no jacuzzis.... other than that, this place is a must visit.
BBobbiReally nice pool area and the little Starbucks inside is really cool. Breakfast buffet dining does not have enough wait staff. The servers were very friendly but very overworked. Think hard about hiring more servers

JJanet CallI took my 9-year-old grandson to Disney World and randomly picked a hotel that accommodated our needs and schedule. The price was reasonable, so I booked for 3 nights. We got there a day early, so I took a chance and went to the front desk. Asking (Joe) if they had accommodations for our extra night. He said absolutely! He was so nice and helpful and made sure all our needs were met, made sure we got fed and made sure we felt safe. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The next day we met Howard at the front desk. He was just as nice and accommodating for the next 3 nights. He took special care with me and my grandson. The complementary breakfasts could not have been any better. And I mean a full course breakfast with a lot of choices. Every evening after arriving back at our room, the room was had been beautifully cleaned. I was extremely happy with our entire stay. I will stay at this Quality Inn again for sure. I HIGHLY recommend this HOTEL to ANY and EVERYONE. Thank You Joe and Howard for our nice stay and you guys taking such good care of us. Looking forward to our next trip!

HH9590ULvanessadThis is my second time coming to this place with the kids. They are in the process of renovations but for the price and what you get nobody should have any complaints. They say you can only have one bag of ice but I took two or three a day and nobody ever said anything. Everyone there is very nice and accomodating. They have a kitchen and microwave and I brought food and fed the kids so that we didn't have to go out and eat. Never had a problem with room or A/C. There are no bugs or critters. I am planning my next trip for this year. Don't plan on eating there as the food choices are slim and very short hours of operation but there are TONS of restaurants in the local area and an ice cream shop a few blocks down. Thats all kids want anyway. Sheets, room are always clean. Older hotel but they have fixed it up nicely. Major complaint (and huge loss of money for them) is they have a game room that is not air conditioned so it gets very little use. It is disappointing as the kids would enjoy it, but Im not one for sitting in a sauna. They keep the doors open because it is so hot. The laundry is not air conditioned either. Don't book for a Monday as I don't know why but the water park is not open then and you won't know until you get there. Locals can go Tuesday through Thursday night and it is extremely reasonable. They let you use the waterpark if you are early and have to wait to check in and they let you use it the whole day you check out!! Well worth it for a young family!!
AAnonymous UserFor the price I have absolutely no complaints. Got better than expected. The front desk was extremely helpful and maid service was there if I needed. Except for the time it takes to get my deposit back. A different place I stayed recently I had my deposit back in an hour after checkout.

GGuest UserI booked a room for 1 night because I never stayed here before, so I don't book more than 1 night when I don't know what they property is like. I knew there was some kind of corruption going on with this place because they have a huge sign that promotes the rates start at $29.95, I know there are no rates this low at this location because I have checked online and with the tool free number, the do not include the resort fee, which is more than the price that they are advertising. This is a scam to start with but I wanted to check it out anyway. I arrived to check in and there was the usual sign on the door that they want people to wear a diaper on their face. I do not wear these things because I am disabled, I have stayed in dozens of hotels in the area and nobody (except the Motel 6) had a problem. In fact asking people to use a medical device in order to use their services is not legal in the USA, a person who asks someone to use a medical device must be qualified to do this (e.g. M.D. etc.) and they must do an individual assessment, and finally even if these are done the medical device can be rejected and they still must provide everyone with equal service. I also have a disability and can not use these things. When I walked in the office immediately the clerk said I needed to wear a diaper on my face, I told her to just your job and check me in, then she immediately told me that she is going to cancel my reservation and that she was calling the police to trespass me, I know the police would not come because this happened to me before but I decided to avoid this hotel and leave because at this point a business that doesn't follow the laws of the country and denies my rights is not a place where I will give my hard earned money to. Avoid this hotel at all cost they are corrupt, they have fraudulent advertising practices and they deny people their rights.
GGuest UserStill waiting on our refund of deposit that should had transpired over a week ago. Front desk is short staffed; waiting on line of over 30 minutes or more to check-in and/or out. Staff very polite and friendly. Rooms need a face lift; old furniture, 1970s; bathroom(s) need much TLC, they need caulking, painting and updated fixtures. It’s a real shame, owner/corporation are not investing in the property… for it is located in a prime location. We witnessed homeless individuals living in the property, there’s nothing wrong with that…but when they knock on your door asking for a cigarette…it’s a problem.
AAnonymous UserThe location of this hotel, um, it is still convenient to eat, but you have to have transportation to travel. Well, my room door lock was broken, so it still feels not safe to sleep, because he is an open hotel, but the location from Disney and other places is very good, the service awareness of the service staff is also very good, so overall it is OK.
