Recently, you need to pay extra for parking for 23 US dollars a night. The surrounding security is very good. I have stayed there many times. The location is convenient. There is a target next to it for replenishing travel necessities. You can drive to Manhattan Beach in 2 minutes and go shopping.
Great stay, with cool Southern California beach culture design in room. Great service and close to nice renovated shopping mall with nice giant Macys and nice plenty of restaurants and Ralph’s and Whole Foods supermarkets. Approx 15 minute trail jog to the beach with views of the awesome looking ocean front homes.

Pleasant stay and room is spacious. Everything is clean and good for people who plays golf. Lobby is good to hang out to chill and there’s a supermarket and eating place near the hotel, it is walking distance. Would be good to inform customer on the Marriott points when checking in or checking out. Hopefully I am still able to obtain the points. Overall satisfied and everyone including the housekeeping team is friendly.
Booked this hotel cause it said they had a pool got there, and they closed up the pool a year ago or so. The elevator would get stuck in between floors. The breakfast was very small, only enough room for maybe 3 people to get their breakfast. Other guests would have to wait outside until the room would clear out. And the future was very old, paint on future was chipped off. The mattresses are old and stained. The pictures on their website shows a really nice rooms. We were stuck there with no car. We will NEVER EVER stay there again. I paid almost $1500. for 8 nights. Not worth it at all. We were so disappointed.
It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Manhattan Beach, and about 8 minutes to Target; there is no breakfast, but there are many restaurants nearby, so you can choose more. In this location, the hotel is cost-effective.
Hotel location is good, very close to the beach, the overall environment is more hygienic, there are many types of breakfast, the only thing that is not used to is that the bed is softer, personal habits are different reasons, underground parking garage parking is also convenient
When I booked, I thought it was two separate bedrooms. In fact, it was a separate one. The other large bed was with the living room. There was no privacy. It was convenient to have a kitchenette and a dining table. It was about one kilometer from the beach.
