GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel many times before, I always like the this hotel before this stay. This time I felt the hotel is not as comfortable as before, such as no trash can at bathroom, so I need to use trash can under desk after floss, after using a piece of tissue paper, etc., the shower head looks good, but is not working properly, very frustrating. No “Do not disturb” door knob sign for guest to use, instead, cleaning staff knock at door about 7:30 at morning, I appreciate daily cleaning service, however, my upset experience was been waking up to answer “not now please”.
Bedding is comfortable, clean; lobby staffs are friendly. Warm cookie at check in time was yummy.
AAnonymous UserI had a great stay at this hotel with my son. The staff was very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. It is conveniently located to everything. I only stayed one night and I parked my car at check-in and didn’t move it till check-out. I felt safe here and I would definitely book and stay here again.
CColonBeautiful hotel, no one told me about anything this hotel has to offer PLUS you have to pay for breakfast. Room carpets made my feet extremely dirty. Rooms also outdated.
BBrian CleggUsed this hotel for its location to Children's Specialized Hospital, as we arrived late and it was too far to drive home. Staff was great and very helpful. Check in/out was very easy.
GGuest UserActually we looking for a cheaper room nearby the area, and accidentally picked the disabled room. To be honest, its not bad, the toilet with red light that can keep very warm after shower. The sink is out next to the bed is convenient for 2 people, if one using toliet, the other brush teeth or face cleaning. The area supposed for wheel chair turned to my yoga space. The bed probably with water proof sheet underneath make us feel very soft and comfortable. Breakfast is simple but ok. That's a good choice and we may stay again on the next trip.
EEndlesssideThe location is still very convenient, and the facilities are okay. It is suitable for families traveling with children. It has a microwave and a refrigerator, which is very convenient for hot food.
GGuest UserAt the front desk, Teresa is very kind. I arrived early and would like to check in early. Teresa helped me and considered my situation. She deserved five stars! Thank you very much, Teresa.
However, at first, another staff refused to help me check in early. I don't like her.
