Place seems pretty new and well maintained. They were upgrading WiFi so when I tried to check in the system was down. Olivia from the front desk got me a bottle of water and told me to wait in the Bistro to area She then proceeded to manually get my room set up so I could make a Teams meeting. Great service Morning Bistro attendant very pleasant and personable. Comfortable hotel , close to highways and restaurants/bars

decided to try this location and very glad we did. new hotel, very clean and best of all functioning hot tub and pool. the last few hotels we were very disappointed because they were supposed to have hot tubs which is desperately needed for my back and either were closed or even cemented over. so it was nice to see a new site that has one. I haven't stayed in a Fairfield for years, because the old branding was more budget focused and low cost. nice to see this hotel as a model for the rebranding. very impressed. rooms were quiet too which was very helpful and strong internet signal so I could get some work done. the gentleman who checked us in was great and very sorry I didn't catch his name or I would have mentioned it. definitely my go to place for the area in the future!

My family and I stayed here for a few months and the extended stay was nice and clean no matter which room we got. The front desk staff was amazing. Their hospitality tops all. A special thank you to Natalie, Shay and Katia for making my family and I comfortable during our stay. If we are ever in need of a place to stay again my first choice would be here. It's close to the transit center the easton mall is a 2 minute drive but it is also secluded enough to feel like you're not too close to the noise of the city. Thank you again to the wonderful staff we really enjoyed our stay.

I would like to start out by thinking the sales team here at the hotel and everyone else from the housekeeping, the breakfast crew and specially the front desk crew from the time I checked in on Thursday to the time we checked out on Sunday everyone was so so nice and so helpful. We had a family reunion in Columbus and we stayed here. We had several rooms and everyone in my family had nothing but good things to say about the hotel, I have stayed here before that’s why I chose this hotel. We appreciate everything everyone has done. The rooms was very clean. Breakfast was good. The whole hotel was just spotless. we went skating. The hotel was close by skating and close by where we were having our picnic. It helped a lot being in the sanity that the hotel is because we used Wallmark we use Sam’s Club and Costco. Thank you so much again and we definitely will be back.

My fiance and I chose to stay here for a couple months while we were in Columbus. The manager, Crystal, is amazing! The 1st and 2nd shift staff are wonderful. They all (Crystal, Tammy, Rob, and Deana) go above and beyond for guests. From offering a few quarters when I was short for laundry and finding coffee for me when my car broke down (Crystal), or taking the time to help an elderly lady with the vending machine (Rob), or noticing a guest checked out of the room I had wanted, and finding me to tell me so I can move into it (Tammy), or making it a point to be sure I don't need anything before the shifts over (Deana). I dont typically write reviews, but these people are so helpful, friendly, and empathetically understanding of the fact that ”life happens” and aim to help where they can, so that I had to share. I definitely recommend! Sara

Very good location, a lot of restaurants nearby, the staff at front desk is very nice. The room is clean and comfortable.
The room is clean and tidy, the front desk service attitude is very good, the hotel location is good, you can walk to Macy's, NORDSTORM, LV, GUCCI, Tiffany. There is a Chinese restaurant PFCHANG not far from the front door of the hotel
