"This hotel is decent. I only spent one night here so I didn’t explore all the amenities it offered. The hotel is a bit older so the fixtures are older as well. Everything worked well, just not the best to look at. Service was good, very nice."
"In the middle of the night, I want a toothbrush to go to the lobby and say that I was taken by other households. I have to wait until 6 in the morning. The parking lot elevator has also been broken and has been repaired. I don't know if I am bad luck or the hotel itself."
"Unfortunately, the guests above me were up all night. I had a 7 a.m. flight, and it looked like there was a bachelorette party or wedding reception at the hotel. Some of those attendees were in the room above me. They were up until 4 in the morning making noise. I really like the hotel and location, I travel through San Diego frequently, and the hotel experience there has been great. Guess I picked the wrong night."

"good location, clean and fine facilities. you can go to down town by foot, only 1~1.5miles away from the little Italy.
Like San Diego, like Hilton as well"
"The environment is first-class. You can see the Kiss of Victory and the aircraft carrier in the bay through the room window. The hotel is very large, with 2 high-rise buildings. The fitness center on the 4th floor is very large, with a full range of equipment and a large number of equipment, and you can see the bay view, which is very good. The room is moderately sized, the bed is very comfortable, and the bath water volume is large; seagulls sometimes fly to the window sill to visit; the front desk is very enthusiastic and efficient, the room service is very nice, and slippers and kettles are provided extra, which makes you feel warm. There are many restaurants around, and the scenery is very good when walking on the beach. Recommended"
"The hotel is located in the city center, like an old-fashioned standard hotel. The lobby is very beautiful and may be in disrepair. The slight downside is that the rooms are not newly renovated, but the facilities are complete. There are many attractions and restaurants nearby."
"Stayed for 4 days and overall I am very satisfied.
First of all, the location is very close to the San Diego Convention and Exhibition Center next to it. You can also go directly to the Convention and Exhibition Center from the first floor, which takes 7 minutes;
The second is the environment, with sea view, there are two swimming pools on the first floor; from the first floor, it is about two kilometers of citywalk, and you can walk along the seaside to the Victory Kiss sign check-in place
The hotel's sanitation/facilities and services are quite good, and there is a Chinese-speaking front desk reception.
The only downside: the price is expensive"
"Always a great time at Mission Bay Resort in San Diego. If you ever get the opportunity definitely book a waterfront room. So convenient to have your room a few steps away from the water. In all honesty any room is great! Can’t wait to book my next stay. "
"Our stay was great. The front desk staff were very patient and helpful. They called and notified us when our DoorDash order had been delivered and offered to bring it up to the room. The rooms were spacious and clean. They’re technically not suited, although we were told that. Nevertheless, the place was clean and had everything we needed."

DdpenaLoved this place. Great location. We were able to walk around the bay. Great room on the 7th floor with a view of the Bay. Watched 3 cruise ships come and go. Super comfy bed, nice water pressure in the shower. Staff were so friendly and breakfast was delicious and abundant. The Sky Bar is a great setting but the food was definitely below standard, especially for the price. My only other comment is how strange that none of the windows are tinted. There's zero privacy. People from the street can clearly see you. But we loved our stay, felt we got great value and strongly recommend it!

AAnonymous UserThis is an old hotel with rich cultural background, all the staff are very friendly, the room service is timely and in place, the bedding and mattress are very comfortable, the breakfast is not to mention, the weekend menu will be replaced with the brunch menu. All the above advantages allow me to tolerate the only disadvantage of zero view from the window. Parking is valet, there is a cvs at the door, and there is a taco that ranks first in the United States within five minutes' walk, which is pretty good, but there is homeless on the roadside

KKwokThe hotel itself has a perfect location and it is accessible to everything you need. The staff is friendly and very accommodating and easy access to everything. When it comes to the room not that spacious but still cozy and relaxing vibes in addition to that is the bed and pillows is very comfortable . And it has a variety or restaurants inside of the hotel where u can choose from. And my most awaited to try is the pool it is gorgeous, stunning views. Overall experience is excellent.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located on a peninsula, with the bay front and back, and the scenery is beautiful. It is a few kilometers away from downtown, so it is convenient to drive to shopping and eating. There is a parking lot downstairs for 30 knives a day. The front desk service attitude is very good, and the check-in is very fast. The room facilities are a bit old, and there is a small balcony with a sea view. The bathroom is generally clean, but a cockroach was found in the bathroom.

HHelenaI have never encountered such an incompetent front desk person. She seemed very confused, as if it were her first day on the job and would consider placing her away from the customers to spare them. Firstly, my room did not have a heater. Rather than fix the situation by moving me to a room with a heater, I was told that I couldn't be moved because no one would be able to clean the room. What kind of an excuse is that?! Don't fix the heater and move someone else into the room so they can be uncomfortable on a 49 degree San Diego evening? That only sounds fabulous if I am having hot flashes, which I am not. I will say that the room was clean when I entered and want to give the room cleaning staff a shout out since they are truly doing their job.
How about fix the heater and you won't have to worry about moving someone into another room because heaters weren't fixed. When I pay for a room, I expect all features to be functional and am not really concerned about how you will clean the room when I depart from it. I really hope that management sees this and ensures that all elements in a room are working and teach their front desk staff to do better.
SSoulfulExplorerI was impressed with my stay and had a comfortable night. Bed was super comfortable and woke up refreshed. Will definitely consider staying again on future visits

LLindy_LFor a colleague, display the pre-authorization. As a result, the credit card shows consumption. Colleagues at the front desk are also paying. It has been three months since now, and I have not returned the cost of the card before returning. Still studying how to
