I was displaced out of my home due to the rain & this hotel became my home for a week or so. It was a hard time to try to find a comfortable place for my cats as well, and safety. This hotel accommodated my request from day 1. I-zak working at the front desk at that time accommodate my request to tour few rooms to make sure it was good for us. The room I stayed at was comfortable with a balcony. It was nice fresh air, quiet, and nice comfy bed. The bathroom was nice and good shower size, walk in. The hotel has a really nice lobby, very spacious to eat your meals, have coffee, or work from your laptop. The rooms does not have any microwave but downstairs by the lobby there is a mini store & microwave you can use. The room has a mini fridge. The hotel is modern and has a relaxing chill vibe. It wasn’t depressing and all the workers I had encountered were understanding, respectful and nice. It just made the stay extra nice since I was going through a difficult time. There is also a nice gym, pool, and laundry room.
We only stayed one night, but the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I did not like was to be told that I was being charged $10 for parking upon checking out. I was never informed during Trip.com's booking, nor during check-in. The front desk attendant did negate the charge, but seemed to do so with hesitance and a look of ”I'm doing a huge favor for you”. She was not openly rude, but it was apparent that my complaint was not well received. I would wholly prefer that this fee is simply included in the cost of the room. As well, the parking in the compact car parking was certainly that - compact! I was driving a 2022 Genesis (a compact car) and the spaces are a bit cramped (yes, other compact vehicles were beside me).
A mini apartment with all comforts: kitchen with washing machine, spacious bathroom, axle wardrobe and steam-free. Extremely silent and dipped in the green, provided with swimming pool and fitness room (which we never had the opportunity to use). Breakfast varied and abundant, both sweet and salty. Located in two steps from shopping centres, restaurants and markets.

I will come again next time. This hotel is very cost-effective. Although it opened early, the facilities inside are pretty good. And it's right next to Target and Whole Food. It's very convenient to buy something to eat nearby. You don't need to take a taxi.
The environment did not say that there is even a home costco (member card and domestic general) across the road. Breakfast was a mess, except for cakes and sweet to over-baked biscuits, coffee and hot water is a highlight. This hotel (absolutely not a hotel) is equipped with a kitchen and is self-service type, which is used by locals as hotel apartments. The room is cleaned once a week, and everything else has to go to the front desk (pan, coffee machine, towels, etc.). There are no slippers. In addition to the large one and two small pieces of soap in the initial state, one small bottle of used shampoo and several plastic disposable cups.
Trouble the first night because I was put in a room that wasn’t exactly clean to put it nicely. However, I spoke up and Eric took my complaint seriously. He got me another room right away that was better and, most importantly CLEAN. The next day, I asked the assistant manager Sonya to comp me for the first night and she graciously agreed. Thanks Sonya and team at San Ramon Valley West for making it right :) Also, I want to say the extended rates here are reasonable so bonus for that
Absolutely fantastic rooms very comfortable and spotless. The people who work there were the best part of my stay everyone was so warm and welcoming. I spoke to one of the employees for awhile I want to say his name was Rich (Filipino gentleman)a true gentleman who went above and beyond to see I enjoyed my stay. The swimming pool was such an added bonus it was well maintained and clean the temperature of the water was perfect and wasn't full of chemicals. I definitely would stay here again if I'm in the area. 5 Stars across the board. Thank you
#positive #I was happy with the Cleanliness of the Floors, Wall Cleanliness; #negative #I was disappointed with the Quantity of Amenities; The air conditioning is too bad, it's so loud that I can't sleep at all. There are no windows to open. I almost had a heart attack because of the stuffiness. I won't stay here again next time.
This property is generally clean and well kept, Staff are friendly and rooms of course are clean and spacious. I did have a few issues during my stay. My TV in the room was not connected to any cable and could not watch TV.. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Morning breakfast was decent ( pretty much like every other chain) There was a horrible smell when you walked into the property between the two sets of doors leading into the property. Pool and jacuzzi were heated well and clean. Pricing changed during my stay which I can't stand, but such is the industry.... All in all, a decent property. Would I stay here again?.....Maybe
I stay at the AC a few times a month and Brianna always makes check in a breeze. She is always eager to help to make my stays the best experience! I come in late at night , being in hospitality myself I know that night shifts are sometimes trying but she is always professional and welcoming! Thank you Brianna!
