Premier Inn Cleethorpes

Stayed here for two nights as a base for attending a retirement get together. Building from the outside looks a tad run down, so first impressions not great! However, cheery professional check in staff helped us feel happier about our choice of stay. Room had a sea view, was spacious and clean. Large double bed too, excellent. Negatives were we were unable to warm the room on what was a cold couple of days, air con system blew out cold air! Shower over a rather deep bath tub made for a tricky shower! Bit of a climb in fact. Breakfast next door in Brewers Fare was excellent though and staff there were simply superb. All in all adequate for our needs and we would return.

Cold room not a good night sleep at all woke up freezing even though the heater was on full, given a family room we paid for a standard and was not asked to have a family room

A very warm welcome on arrival and friendly wave on departure. In between a good dinner in the Brewers Fayre next door, a lie down and then breakfast. Ideal sit or an overnight stay with loads of car parking available. Second time visit and will no doubt go back again

The staff at this hotel are amazing, so friendly, so helpful, so polite. They make the stay so much nicer. The parking is good, location is great. and the hotel is always clean and tidy.

Stayed here during a visit to see family. Have stayed here before and have previously been disappointed. However we were greeted by friendly staff at reception who checked us in with no fuss. Our room was comfortable and it seemed to have had something of a makeover. The bed and pillows were very comfortable- unlike our previous stay. Bathroom was clean and functional in fact everything worked as it should. Would be even better if some USB charging points were installed. Wi-Fi was ok but dropped out several times. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

We’ve just had a fantastic stay at cleethorpes premier inn. Great room, clean and well appointed with a nice view. Food was excellent. We were looked after at reception by Sarah, she was friendly, helpful and the reason we’ll be returning. Nothing was too much trouble and her constant smile was very welcoming

We only stayed for the one night ..But wow the bed was massive and so comfy. The hotel staff were fantastic. It was my wife's birthday surprise she didn't know she was stopping. The staff made it fantastic .Thank you to Sarah and the Team. We stayed in the Adapted room 16

Absolutely amazing service at the reception area. Her name is Jo and can't fault her services. She went over and above to help the comfort of our stay and nothing was too much trouble. A credit to the hotel. Very clean and comfortable beds 🌟🌟🌟

Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Exactly what I needed after a long journey 😊 My room is exceptionally clean and I have everything I could wish for! The room is also very quiet and is just the right temperature. I would recommend staying here to anyone regardless of the reasons for their journey!
