Lemon Tree Hotel Coimbatore Reviews

Rooms was smelly. wardrobe, windows was not cleaned. The worst thing is breakfast. I booked with breakfast but we decided to leave the property at 6am, so I ask to pack my breakfast for 4 person. The pratha was not baked properly that why no one ate. I ask to pack sandwich and they pack to small sandwich with tomato and some cucumber slices. Two samll cup of watermelon fruit salad. I booked the property because of swimming pool but they didn't inform me about that pool was under construction. The location was very interior about 9 km from main madurai haiway with narrow connected road. Over all experience was very bad.

It was pleasant experience while staying in lemon tree coimbatore, notable one is there warm welcoming from staffs for all days we stayed there. Special thanks to Vanitha, Sarathy, Sabarish, Shawn and also very big thanks to that person to who prepare breakfast on early morning which very much appreciated

Location and Atmosphere is amazing. So silent and pleasant. Good food. Clean rooms. All above hospitality and support of staffs. Especially Ms Vanitha, front office executive…. Helped a lot from booking to check out. So nice, humble and supportive with smiling face.. Really pleasant stay always…..

The clean and spacious room has made us completely satisfied. The staff's communication is excellent and polite. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and delicious. We enjoyed our stay. My daughter left her new mobile charger in the hotel. One of their staff members, Mr. Nehru, contacted us and returned it by courier.
