Our front desk check in process took the easy way out and was not customer service focused. The hot breakfast was terrible. The banana in the to go bag was so black that it made everything taste like banana. There was no trash can in our room.

It does not meet the Hampton Inn standards I have come to expect. Extremely run down and tired; in desperate need of a remodel.

Front desk staff was on a “break” no one available to check me out at 7 am. So I waited until she returned only to be told “I can’t print you a receipt, you booked through *******” Even though I paid at the hotel. Hotel was average at best. I expected better for more than $200.00/night

I was in Columbia visiting my college-aged son. I've stayed at several hotels in the last 4 years, and surprisingly, I haven't stayed here. Without question, this is the best one so far! Customer service was friendly and authentic - shout out to Gena, who was so friendly & welcoming. I liked it so much that I canceled my reservation at a different hotel for graduation weekend and rebooked my stay here. The rooms, food, and service were all wonderful!

Property was very good. Parking is meant for cars not trucks. Dining options are primarily fast food. Traffic on Clark is horrible.

Great game weekend stay. Clean, safe, friendly staff. Breakfast one of best hotel breakfasts we’ve had since pandemic. Would stay here again.
