Never complete the check-in process so can't comment on all aspects as a standard review would. This review only covers the ”check in” experience. Arrived at the hotel without a reservation. Asked the front desk, staff, Krischell, about room availability. She was helpful and even showed two rooms to me. I felt comfortable of the check-in requirement and the room she showed me though they were multiple spots that needed cleaning, she said she would get someone to help cleaning it. So I made the reservation. I showed her my ID and credit card, she took at them. When she's done, I put my ID away. A few minutes later, she asked for my ID again, and this time, she wanted to hold it and take down my address and other info from my ID, all those were not what we agreed upon. I told her how i felt she did not honor her words and she turned around saying I did not allow her to take my ID. I told her it's COVID and I have to sanitize it each time others hold it. I held up my ID close enough for her to view. She got upset and started tending to other guests. I asked her why would she not look at my ID more carefully when she first asked for it and I showed her. Then there would not no need of a second time; and I cooperated but I just did not want extra step of needing to clean and sanitize my ID after each showing. She did not respond and continued to tend to other guests. I waited for 15 minutes, and she still did not want to check me in so I told her I would leave and please kindly provide refund when I ask Expedia for it since I booked through Expedia. She said that's no problem, just contact them the next day and the manager will authorize the refund. I did not complete the check in process nor stay in the hotel. As of this writing, I still can't refund the full refund from the hotel via Expedia. I don't feel comfortable recommending this hotel because they changed their requirements suddenly and did not care how it would impact guests. The rooms weren't all that clean either. There are plenty lodging options in that area, better to go elsewhere.

I was at the bar with my girlfriend (USA), they took care of us very well, Manuel approached us to welcome us, he spoke to us in two languages Spanish and English I felt very comfortable because in the conversation it is of the same nationality (Peru), it is the first time we went and we want to return soon, all the service and the room was A1

Very pertinent evaluation, the external environment is okay, but the room is very depressive, not ventilated, and the smell of the door is heavy. The indoor furnishings are relatively old, this is normal and acceptable, but the hotel’s hygiene really needs to be improved. The first room arranged by the hotel has hair and small nuts on the sheets, and the bedside tables are also very dirty. Let the front desk at the back. Changed the room, the hotel is not recommended.

This hotel is located right in Easton Town Center which makes many shops and restaurants very walkable. There is plenty of complimentary parking at hotel. Right next door is a Trader Joe’s if you need groceries. Rooms have a microwave and refrigerator with a small kitchen area. Room was nice and comfortable. Heating/AC were not working properly. We had air on and living room was comfortable but bedroom became a freezer with air never shutting off in bedroom. It was evening so no maintenance was on call to fix and they were fully booked so could not move us. Front desk staff was very nice and came up to help, solution was take take thermostat down and shut everything off completely. By morning, room was very warm. There were also a few lights by doors of rooms that were flickering. Overall impression was a desperate need for maintenance. Great location nice room but need to have maintenance.

My fiance and I chose to stay here for a couple months while we were in Columbus. The manager, Crystal, is amazing! The 1st and 2nd shift staff are wonderful. They all (Crystal, Tammy, Rob, and Deana) go above and beyond for guests. From offering a few quarters when I was short for laundry and finding coffee for me when my car broke down (Crystal), or taking the time to help an elderly lady with the vending machine (Rob), or noticing a guest checked out of the room I had wanted, and finding me to tell me so I can move into it (Tammy), or making it a point to be sure I don't need anything before the shifts over (Deana). I dont typically write reviews, but these people are so helpful, friendly, and empathetically understanding of the fact that ”life happens” and aim to help where they can, so that I had to share. I definitely recommend! Sara

It is currently being renovated or it is new because there has been a lot of work done in the lobby and in the hallway. The location is very good, everything is within walking distance! The interior design is not my thing, but you can argue about taste. Value for money not really ok!
