The location very close to Ohio State University is the biggest advantage of this hotel. At the same time, the service quality and attitude of the front desk are also very good, and the check-in and check-out procedures are very simple. The facilities in the room are relatively complete, but the area is small. If you live alone, you can barely make do, but if you live with two or more people, the experience will be very bad.

The hotel room is very large, the design must be beautiful, and the breakfast is also very delicious. It's a typical American breakfast. It's very good to have a menu to order according to your taste. The house has a sofa. It's very considerate to have a waiter come to the room to open the sofa and put it on. I never make complaint but because this was such a bad experience! One of the worst I've ever had! I've always heard that Hilton hotels were so nice. This hotel was so run down, examples: the letters and numbers are rewritten on with sharpie and what looks like fingernail polish, because they had fallen off all over the place, there's MANY patches of wall work from previous holes all over the rooms and some arent even painted over, the carpet peeling up, a lot of things didn't work like some of the outlets in the room, the ice machines (on two floors), the faucet had a constant drip, furniture was scuffed up, the walls all over the building were scuffed and marked up, outside the building was lots of trash, and the elevator wasn't working. They also upcharged us when we arrived without explanation as a sort of deposit if anything happened to the room. We payed a good amount of money to stay at this runned down hotel, then we weren't even allowed to have the complimentary breakfast which is completely insane. Breakfast is not complimentary for every customer, just some? I've never seen this before and I've stayed at many hotels and I'll NEVER stay at one of your hotels ever again. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. It looked more like the motel 6 next door than a Hilton.

We had a work conference here over the weekend, so no choice in where we stay as there was a block rate for rooms. From pictures it looked like it was going to be a very nice stay in a good location close to Polaris. Parking is very slim here when there are multiple conferences going on and we had to park in the overflow lot several times. When we checked in the clerk was very friendly and we had no issues. We had a King Suite w/ Sofa Sleeper Room. The room was average at best, the carpet didn't look like it had been swept with crumbs and such on it. The bed was hard as a rock with lumpy pillows (probably the worst 3 nights of sleep I have had in a long time). The A/C/Heater is so loud its like an airplane coming into land and woke us up every single time it kicked on. It was so bad the 3rd night we slept with it completely shut off. The bathroom was very small and I had no hot water when showering for the 3 days I was here. I feel like they dont have a large enough water heating system to properly supply hot water when the hotel is at capacity which it was this weekend. The water pressure was also weak and hard to rinse the soap of your hair or body. It is not ideal on how the bathroom is set up either as I needed to be up early for my conference daily while my family was trying to sleep. There is no door in the sink area so you have to blind the rest of the room to get ready, there is only a small pocket door that closes for the shower and toilet. Poor design if you're traveling with others. The conference facilty is across from the hotel section and you have to walk outside to get there. There were multiple conferences going on and we were in the rear portion, the conference area is clean and well maintained. The chairs were extremely uncomfortable and we had no tables which made for two days of classroom learning pretty miserable, not sure if the hotel it to blame or our organization on this one, but other rooms appeared to have nicer chairs and table set up. The food that was served for the conference was excellent quality and there were always cold and hot drinks available which was very nice. The Bar area was huge and poured good drinks, the worst part again is it is not connected to the hotel and you do have to walk outside to get there. The Fitness Center was great and had everything you could need for a hotel gym, treadmills, bikes, elliptical, water machine, towels etc. Overall I would not choose to stay here for a trip unless it was necessary for the conference as the hotel room quality was not up to par.

How can I summarize the wonderful experience at this hotel?! Well to begin, the valet staff is a great team of people. I was helped by Taylor, who had a great personality and was such a warm welcome for the weekend. The front desk was swift, kind, and accommodating, and they provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities! The rooms were clean… but if I must be honest, the hotel could benefit from a little updating here and there. I know it’s an expensive ask, but in order to stand out in today’s world, that could be a huge plus! Other than that, everything was super!

I choose this hotel for its proximity to Nationwide Area, as I was visiting for a Columbus Blue Jackets game. I arrived around noon that day. I was able to have the valet park my vehicle and was able to check in early that afternoon without any hassle. The room was clean and everything was functioning. The room had what I believe are barn style doors so guests could close a door to the bathroom and the sleeping area. Meals are not included with the room. There is a dining area on the first floor that has limited breakfast options. The hotel does have a rooftop bar. The bar was a very nice area, and the bartenders were very friendly when serving drinks. However, one view from the rooftop is that of a neighboring parking garage.

Good for business travel. Okay in terms of service nothing special.

OK, breakfast is a bit monotonous, surrounded by office areas, there is no place to eat, you need to take a taxi to go out, the environment is OK, the front desk is very warm
