Inconvenient to wait for Guard to open the gate. Pillows smelled moldy. I did not feel safe and secure when someone tried to break into my room at 3 o’clock in the morning. I know there is no control on guests. However, it would have been nice if there was not a party going on All hours of the night. Very noisy. Soda vending machine, broken on the sixth floor.

Woow .,, horrible place … loud..,cockroaches running in the bathroom and on the bedside table… problems with lights and alarm clock which was making noise the whole night … the whole room smell like cigarettes even that it supposed to be non smoking.

The most rubbish hotel I’ve ever stayed in. 1. It’s not safe. I’ve seen masked thieves driving in the hotel parking lot and nearby gas stations many times in broad daylight to steal and rob. 2. The quality of the guests is low. The smell often happens no matter day or night. 3. The front desk and cleaning attitude of the hotel are poor. When the guests encounter problems, they basically don't solve them.

The first thing you're greeted with is limited parking in a cluttered driveway with cars parked in various places they shouldn't be. With no options to park, you also pull to the side wherever you feel you'll be the least in the way. Walking into the lobby, the receptionist window has multiple signs notifying patrons of the same problem— the heating and cooling systems are broken. Verbatim and in all caps, three of the signs read— "UNFORTUNATELY OUR AIR CONDITIONERS AND HEATERS ARE NOT FUNCTIONING WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE YOU MAY CONTACT THIRD PARTY FOR REFUND ONLY IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO STAY." Not wanting to deal with finding another hotel after finally arriving at the location, you make your way to the room after walking through a hallway where the exit door is open, letting cold air in from the rainy outdoors. You get into your room and find that there's a red stain on the wall (more crayon than blood-colored). You turn on the two bedside lamps and find that they both flicker intermittently, occasionally turning into a strobe for minutes at a time. You plug your phone into an outlet to charge only to find that a couple of the outlets don't work at all, but that's okay, because a few others do. The room is booked for two, but there's only one towel, so you'll have to decide to share it after one person showers or someone can go downstairs to request another. The water faucet runs cold water for several minutes. Looks like the heater really doesn't work. Enjoy.

The stay was good but when we got there we were informed the air conditioning and heater was out. Mind you it’s storming pouring rain for our stay. It was overall a comfortable room with nice plush comforters. There was some scribbles etc on the wall when arriving. As listed the parking is $9 but when you get there they charge $10. Staff does try to help you to the best of there ability and was very friendly.

I had to keep going back downstairs to get a key to work for the door to my room no restaurant open no cups in room one towel in room no coffee door looked like someone tried to break in

Great room for the price. But didnt haveva room key my entire stay cause the key programmer was down or something. So was pretty nuch confined to my room. And there is major water damage on the walls. Other than that it was quiet. Ill be returning just hope they fix/update roomsb.

This was the worst ever. There was no AC or heating, there was mold, no phone in the room, they couldn’t provide clean towels the whole 2 weeks I was there, it was so noisy and always issues through out the building. The person that checked me in was the sweetest ever and his customer service was really good!! Two females that worked at the front desk were rude and had poor customer service, I’d never book again.
