The place its nice rooms are ok location its lovely but the food is not as I expected low quality food (not really a greek style one ) drinks the same very low quality and cheap , if you want to drink something more nice you have to pay extra , even a nice coffee it’s charged. I would say could be better than this comparing with other places ive been . Extra activities are limited , not much to do except visiting old town and other beaches.

On arrival we had help with luggage which was great with 2 small children. However, when we asked them to remove the sofa bed to fit in the 2 travel cots needed they refused and we ourselves had to stand it on its end for the duration of the stay and squeeze the children in - they knew in advance that 2 infants were on the booking. Floors were always dirty and we swept them ourselves a few times. Could never leave food out as ants are a huge problem in the hotel and we seemed to be lucky with only a few a day others had to have there whole rooms treated and were asked to vacate from 7:30am to do a spray down. Food was the worst all inclusive we have ever been to. Everything salty and covered in oil and high chairs were filthy. We were never allowed to sit where we wanted and were told to sit with lots of loud naughty children and has created behaviours in our children and the dinner table we had never seen either at home or on holiday before. This made dinner time a nightmare for us and most nights as parents we were forced to leave early and hungry. Mostly pork, pastas and salad. All of which we were sick of by day 2 of 10. Considering this was our first Greek family holiday we were excited to show the children of the different fish and dips and pitta. None of which ever appeard at the buffet. NO CALAMARI, NO TARAMASLATA AND NO MUSSLES (apart from one night at the a la carte (but not on the children’s menu) We had paid £250 extra for a sea view. But this is ruined because we are directly above the entertainment and food court so our babies were kept awake until 11pm every night with karaoke and bingo. All of which could have been done in the lobby bar where the children’s show was. Children’s entertainment was mediocre and all of the kids club staff complained how they haven’t had a day of in weeks, one young lad ‘Mike’ clearly didn’t want to be there and had a miserable face everyday and night and found him so rude and didn’t have a clue. One young man on holiday with his family was an ex employe was even roped in and made to work without pay! The day time kids club was depressing and didn’t scream fun to neither parents or children. Not to mention the prices of painting a simple t-shirt (£15) we were only told about the cost once we had completed it. We refused to pay and left the tshirt and were then made to feel very unwelcome at the children’s entertainment later where the manager stormed off with my 2 year olds t-shirt. The highlight of our holiday was Sharron and her wonderful husband who work at the Olives restaurant and the live piano man. Just a shame about everyone wondering about still in swim wear and queuing for ice creams. Aside from paying extra for certain drinks and the 250ml plastic cups we are forced to drink out of this wasn’t too bad. None of the pools were heated and they were EXTREMELY SALTY. Kids pool was also filthy and there is no life guards to stop poorly behaving children. Most staff were delightful. Will not

We always read reviews before we go anywhere and never seem to write any but this time felt we wanted to . The main reason that people come and return is the surroundings . It’s so aesthetically pleasing to the eye. They have made it easy to find your room by naming blocks James Bond themed . We were in octopussey on a top floor. Now we did have a few ants but not as many as others and I felt the rooms could have been cleaned to a better standard than they were There are many sun beds available at this time of year no rushing in the mornings . Breakfast had something for everyone. But no British bacon or sausage obviously . The food is not a 4* standard it’s more a 3* Lots and lots of pork and all well done meatballs coming out of your ears . Lunch at the poolside bar I found better the main. The entertainment team work so so hard but they got nothing to work with they need to up the budget get more professional shows so it gives the staff a break . They need more reception staff lots of queuing. So my tips: 1: Take a a coat , jacket , Cardi . The nights are cold and main entertainment is outside. 2: have lunch at the poolside bar they do toasties pizza hot dogs fries and ice creams. 3: take something to get rid of the ants. 4: if you do want a holiday where you can go in the pool when you’re hot then I would tell you the pool is Baltic no exaggeration ! Freezing like pins through your body . We enjoyed our time in mareblue . Probably wouldn’t go back but still enjoyed the break . Weather is hit and miss in April . I was cold a lot of the time.

Beautiful resort with stunning views. Landscaping & all public areas perfectly maintained. Everything clean & tidy. Room more than adequate although looking a little tired. Beds very firm, but that said, we both slept well all week. The main restaurant appeared to be utter chaos, but somehow it worked. Just takes a little getting used to used to. A day or two. The food I’m afraid not so…! Breakfast was okay, plenty of breads to choose, so toast was no problem. Fresh fruit was nonexistent. Also someone needs to learn how to make porridge. Much the same for lunch. Dinner was the main problem, it was pretty much the same every day. A wide choice of Salads, processed meats, cheese, pasta & soup. The hot section while serving various dishes, didn’t look especially appealing. The deserts worked well, with plenty of choice. A fussy eater might well struggle.?.? Our last evening was at the A La Carte restaurant…… Olives. Lovely evening & the food excellent, with excellent service. Although not on the terrace area. Nevertheless a real treat…..thank you Plenty of young families, having a wonderful holiday in the sunshine. One last thing…… Remember this is an All Inclusive Resort, so I afraid it will attract a certain type on individual. You all know the type I’m talking about.

This hotel is ok if your not wanting a quiet holiday. We paid for an upgraded room to have a sea view. What the hotel fails to tell you is that the room is located next to the main activity and child pool which has load music playing from 10 to 21:30 and from 21:45 even loader music from karaoke to live music up to 23:00 - 23:30. The al a carte restaurant 1 of which is supposed to be in a romantic patio overseeing the ocean are both served at the pool bar because the staff state it is too cold to have on this patio.... even though t9he temperature is between 19-22°c on a night in the time where the food is served. (Basically the staff thinks its too cold for them to be serving away from the heat of the ovens.) Food is all sub par and done to the lowest of budgets. All meals ( breakfast, lunch and dinner) are served on hot plates that aren't hot to which you get told to use the micro wave in the corner of the buffet hall. The section in which it states snack bar or snack served means ice cream from 11 to 19:00 hrs and cheese toasties from 16:00 untill 19:00 When you leave a DO NOT DISTURB sign on your door which is written in English, greek, Spanish, French, German, the cleaning staff will still bang in your door load enough to wake the dead, and try to enter regardless, even when confronted they wait outside the room untill you leave. We paid for a late checkout (6pm instead of 11am) the cleaning staff still pester you from 4pm nagging you to leave so they can clean the room to finish. I will give a plus side to the hotel. The staff besides those on reception and cleaning are fantastic. They try everything in there power to help. They are a credit to the hotel The reception staff are very rude. Pretend to be on there mobile phones when approaching the desk. Talk about you rudely and horribly in there own language not knowing we could speak it. Long review short. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and wouldn't go back.

This hotel is amazing. We stayed for 7 nights all-inclusive. The hotel is clean, the staff are amazing and very friendly. Good choice of food and entertainment. The beach just outside is sand and a sun The lounger will cost just 5 euros. We had our photos taken while here and the free gentlemen who do are amazing and friendly. The cleaners were lovely and welcoming and got us everything we needed. All the bar staff are so nice and friendly. I had the most amazing deep tissue massage while I was here definitely do not leave without getting one. We will be back, I love this place!

Overall I would say this is an average all inclusive hotel and wouldn’t really say it’s a 4 star. They don’t really advertise the fact that the all inclusive stops at 11pm so after this you have to pay for anything you want. I also don’t think the hotel is very accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs. We have an 18 month old so we had a pushchair and there are ramps yes but you have to go an extra long way round to wherever you want to go. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, my only complaint was there were quite a few ants in our room, I would say I killed at least 50 ants a day, but other than that very clean. The food options were pretty decent but only if your aren’t a fussy eater. I did like the fact that you can book in to the pizzeria and olives (Greek restaurant) and get a free 3 course meal which were very nice, however they get booked up very quickly so I would book at the beginning of your holiday. There was one day we’re I had missed breakfast by 3 minutes and I asked in the restaurant if I could just grab a banana and I was told no so I don’t think that was great as i wasn’t asking for any hot foot it was literally a piece of fruit that I could see at the other side of the room and they still said no. We had booked a double room but we were given a family room with bunk beds which was nice as the room was bigger and then we had a cot for the little one too. I will say though there were quite a few groups of lads in the family block we were in which wasn’t great as they were extremely loud early hours in the morning when we had a sleeping baby so I do think they should have been put somewhere that isn’t right next to all the families. Mini market is average for options as it’s fairly small. The do crepes between 23:00 - 01:00 which were pretty nice but as soon as these finish that it for food until breakfast starts at 7 so make sure you’re stocked up with snacks in your room if you get peckish after 1am lol. The entertainment was really good every night. They always had 2 lots of entertainment 1 inside and 1 outside which I thought was really good as we didn’t really have great weather. Bingo with cash prizes and karaoke nights were really fun. We also asked for the football to be shown on 3 separate days aswell which they did put on the tv in the inside bar. Overall it’s a nice clean hotel and very good for the price, I would recommend for a cheap getaway just don’t expect anything amazing.

I've never written a bad review before but I feel as though it is necessary as I am deeply upset about our lack of a holiday. To start though the restaurant staff were lovely and super helpful, you could tell they were really working hard and do deserve a lot of praise. However the rest unfortunately were not the best. The reception staff didn't seem to be able to help with anything. They offer a 2 complimentary meals at their two restaurants. We attempted on the first day to speak with the bookings lady but she just gave us menus for both and said she couldn't help us at that moment. So we went away to look at them and attempted for 3 days to book at the pizza restaurant as the Mediterranean one was not open (which was not stated on the website) but the reception staff for the first 2 days just said they couldn't help and to go over to the lady who of which we couldn't never seem to find. We then tried to book in for our last night and it was already full booked. This was highly disappointing as the food was not amazing and when I booked, the Mediterranean restaurant especially overlooking the ocean, was one of the main selling points! As it was also raining the first 2 days and the pool was freezing, we thought we could try and get public transport and explore the island as this was listed as a great way to get around in their guest directory... However, when we asked where to catch a bus we were informed that they don't start until May and the shuttle bus they provided into town was an extra charge. There was also nothing around and the mini golf next door was shut. The entertainment was also lacking. There was no excursions available either except horse riding which we booked and it was the only part of the holiday we were looking forward to but it was cancelled on the morning of. As such we spent our entire 5 day holiday in the room or walking around the beach area. However, at the start of our holiday the room was lovely and we had a few ants but I know they do get in in hot weather. However by day 3 they were everywhere. The housekeeper did give the room a clean but they just kept coming back despite us having no food in the room. Both my partner and I have left with bites all over our legs. I am truly sad that we had such a bad experience after hearing such lovely things about Corfu. It really wasn't worth the money we spent
