Civic Motor Inn

The hotel is very clean, convenient for parking, indoor heating is air-conditioned, rooms are small but well equipped. The front desk service attitude is good. You can walk to the McDonald's next to it.
Econo Lodge Alabaster
4.4/559 Reviews
From making the inquiry on the phone with a lovely friendly gentleman to leaving, this place was the best. We travel with two labradoodles and sometimes the accommodation is questionable, but not Econo Lodge, it was fantastic. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. The bathroom and shower (I want to know your secret of how you get the glass so sparkling) are modern, with a lovely shower sending out great hot water.Beds are lovely and comfortable Very well situated, and nice grassy areas for the dogs. We will be back. Thankyou.
Townhouse Motel Cowra

Nice room, good service
Countryman Motor Inn Cowra
3.6/535 Reviews
This motel also goes by the name Countryman Motor Inn. I booked it because other reviews say that the owners/staff was good. I did not have a good experience with them though. First of all there was no clear information on how to use the NSW vouchers. When I sent them a message in Booking.com, they said that I can use the vouchers when I arrive in reception. But they left out the part on HOW I can use the vouchers. Apparently, to be able to use the vouchers I should NOT pay via Booking.com's online payment system but should pay personally at the reception itself. I was not informed about this (despite me having correspondence with the motel staff via the Booking.com messaging system) and I paid via the Booking.com online payment system. When I arrived at reception, I was simply told I cannot use the vouchers and that it was my problem. The staff just wanted to wash their hands and didn't want to do anything with it. I had to make two calls to Booking.com (who were extremely helpful) and had to go back and forth with the staff just to get it sorted out. My feedback to the management of this motel is, you should do your best to help the customer instead of leaving them in a lurch. If your reception just offered to help me and made a simple phone call or email to Booking.com, the issue would have been resolved very quickly and without much fuss.
