Falta variedad en las bebidas para el desayuno y un poco más de aseo estricto en las habitaciones, pero es un hotel que cumple con las características para hosped**** cuando se debe ir a Cúcuta por temas laborales.

El servicio de internet fue pésimo, estuve dos días y no pude trabajar debido a la pésima conexión, aunque me queje del problema su respuesta fue decirme que trabajará desde el restaurante del hotel. El desayuno dejo mucho que desear, un jugo o café con un sándwich. Siempre me he quedado en ese hotel, porque me gusta su ubicación, la limpieza y las instalaciones pero es la última vez que voy.

El hotel es limpio pero las habitaciones son pequeñas y hay muy poco aislamiento acústico (cualquier conversación en el pasillo, afuera de la habitación, retumba adentro).
