Perfect location . Short walk from the ferry and restaurants . Mid point between flaming beach and Punta soldado. Clean. Did not receive the check in info right away but called and got the information almost immediately.

There really wasn’t any tables to put stuff on. The side table was a teeny tiny shelf and only on one side of the bed. Area was convenient, 5 minute walk from the ferry and there was a restaurant with 20$ burgers. Great service there. Everything was self serve-no front desk. Easy peeze.

We booked a small room on the first floor with no view. I'd recommend booking in advance to secure a room on the 2nd floor with a view. The room is really all we needed as we were only on the island for one night. It was clean and comfortable. We like tv at night. I tried for about 20 minutes to get it to work. There was only one station and no volume. There is not 24 hour staff at this hotel. I asked the staff the next day and they said they knew and cable company was planning to fix. How about a sign on the tv "out of order" so no one else wastes time and is frustrated. Would recommend the hotel based on cleanliness, and especially location.

Great customer service and accomodations. Norma responded promptly to my emails; the place was just as described. My family had a great time at the hotel's restaurant and visiting the BEST BEACH EVER, Playa Flamenco. We'll come back! Thanks!

Norma was very attentive to our needs. Answered all our questions and was very helpful. The place is walking distance from the ferry and to downtown spots. We'll be back.

The ladies running the place were excellent with their information and direction when checking in and explaining the use of all the facilities. Very clean, nicely renovated, nice and quiet and great restaurant

The staff was welcoming and very helpful with tips about the activities. The room is spacious, clean and located right in the middle of the town. You have access to the coffee shop and restaurant, and honestly you don't need the golf cart to go around, just make arrangements with taxi drivers. Perfect for a complete relax and enjoy the stunning beaches of this jewel island.

No service at all. The sign said call hotel after office closed. Hotel won’t answer call after 8. When you call them, they simply hang up. You can text them but they won’t reply until you keep calling. Room is clean though. Be careful of the old sockets . The location is good but the bar next to it plays loud music until 9:30 pm.

Very convenient place to stay. Rooms are clean. Walking distance to ferry and nice restaurants in the town. I recommend staying in this place.
