位置優越，離巴士站僅幾分鐘步行，酒店的姑娘和小夥子們都熱情友好，我們做玻利維亞簽證資料用他們的電腦，因為平台原因始終做不進去。結果酒店的幾個人輪番幫我們搞，硬是不厭其煩地反覆弄了幾個小時。這個酒店是行程中就幾個青年旅舍中服務最貼心的。

At Principe III in Cusco, the staff offered unparalleled assistance throughout our stay. Our room was notably comfortable, with a top-notch bed and shower. Loved the breakfast, particularly the fresh avocados on request. The hotel’s proximity to city landmarks made exploring a breeze. Highly recommend for a memorable stay.

I made a Phone reservation, every thing seems to to be right, however, when i arrived the nightmare begin, i knock the door many times and nobody answer, then i tried to call they have a printed paper with a phone number, and nobody answer. i was outside with my family, and the street seems to be dangerous. there were lost of drunk people around.

Fui muito bem atendido por toda a equipe do hotel, sem mencionar que a localização possibilita andar e fazer muitas coisas a pé. Ter garagem também auxilia quem chega de moto ou carro a Cusco. O hotel também conta com serviço de concierge para fechar pacotes de turismo a Machu Picchu e outras atrações ao redor de Cusco. Vale muito a pena.

El trato y atención muy buenos, creo que es muy importante para mi ya que esto uno se merece como cliente, tiene ascensor,lavandería, sala de tv,cuartos limpios, camas que permiten descansar, brindan agua caliente y mates cuando uno quiere, la verdad me sentí como en casa.

Fiquei dois períodos. De duas e três noites. A entrada é feia. A localização é razoável. O primeiro período, no quarto 506: horrível. Não aceite. Quarto interno e sem privacidade. Ao lado do refeitório (as pessoas ficam conversando até altas horas e incomodam bastante). Cama pequena. Queríamos abandonar de tão ruim. Ficamos porque mal permanecíamos lá e não podíamos mais cancelar. Faltou água (obras da prefeitura?). Chuveiro era difícil de regular (quente/frio). Papel higiênico de má qualidade. O segundo período no quarto 509 foi melhor. Tinha janela externa e a cama era king size. Apesar de também próximo ao refeitório, o isolamento acústico funcionava melhor. Outra critica: disponibilizavam kit lanche para quem saía cedo fazer excursão. Acontece que não ofereciam. Somente descobrimos ao ver outros hóspedes recebendo. Ou seja, recebi apenas uma vez, sendo que poderia ter tido essa vantagem em outras 3 saídas de madrugada. O café da manhã é pobre, mas comemos apenas uma vez. Nas outras saímos antes do início. Os recepcionistas são gentis. O preço realmente é bom.

Tiene un buen ambiente, esta limpio el hotel y tiene buenas habitaciones, pero tuvimos algunos problemas al hace check in y nos hicieron esperar una hora antes de darnos nuestras habitaciones. El rango del desayuno tambien es un poco reducido y los cuchillos no cortan bien. En general una buen experiencia.
