Service: The guesthouse service was truly excellent! We checked in very late on the day of arrival, but there was still someone there to help us with our luggage and inform us about important details. The landlady was also very thoughtful! Environment: The guesthouse environment is fantastic! You can see Erhai Lake right from your room, but being on the ground floor, the overall privacy isn't the best. The guesthouse also has cats that the owner raised themselves; they're not afraid of people at all and are very cute. Hygiene: The hygiene was honestly just okay, but I guess you can't expect too much from a guesthouse...

During my stay at this hotel, I was deeply impressed by its excellent service and high-quality facilities. The room was spacious and bright, well-equipped, and impeccably maintained. The staff were warm and attentive, promptly resolving any issues that arose during both check-in and check-out. The hotel's dining service, in particular, stood out; the dishes were not only beautifully presented but also incredibly authentic and memorable. Overall, this hotel excels in both its hardware facilities and service quality, making it highly recommended for anyone seeking a premium accommodation experience.

The room was decent, and we even got a free upgrade! We were a bit unlucky with the weather, as it rained on New Year's Eve. We fed the seagulls right outside the door! The landlady even set off some fireworks and did a BBQ. She was so enthusiastic and welcoming!

Absolutely loved this guesthouse! The sea-view room was unbeatable, and the swing and small courtyard made for some fantastic photos. The owner's service was exceptional; they helped us with our luggage, gave us sightseeing tips, and even brought biscuits for the kids to feed the seagulls. The free breakfast in the morning was also a nice touch. Highly recommend!

The room faced Erhai Lake, offering a nice and comfortable environment. The service was decent, and breakfast was okay, though the selection wasn't extensive. However, the room facilities felt a bit outdated, and I hope they can be improved.

Service: I caught a cold after being out in the wind, but the owner was incredibly nice and provided medicine, so my trip wasn't delayed. The service was really great.

This B&B by Erhai Lake offers breakfast, a swing, and even provides clothing for guests. It's great to relax and enjoy the breeze from the lake. Thumbs up! I'd definitely stay here again next time.

It was okay, but the breakfast was too repetitive, and there was no airport shuttle service, which was quite inconvenient.

The room had a really unpleasant smell and the facilities were old and outdated – definitely not worth the price. The soundproofing was terrible, and the curtains didn't even block out all the light. The overall experience was just really poor.
