I had an amazing stay at this budget hotel, which truly offers 5-star service! I particularly loved the laundry service as I’m travelling for 3 weeks and the sea view from my room was absolutely exceptional. Since there aren't any restaurants nearby, I relied on delivery meals, but the stunning view made it all worthwhile. It was so breathtaking that it brought tears to my eyes!
I highly recommend booking the panorama corner room with balcony highest floor . just be sure to call in advance as it’s subject to availability. As a delightful surprise, they also provided a special gift during my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I could genuinely feel their commitment to excellent service. I truly regretted moving to another 5-star hotel that starts with "I," as this place exceeded my expectations.

Nice Hotel. Clean and well-maintained. Love the pool and the view from the hotel was great. Breakfast was nice. If you like taking walks along the Erhai lake, this would be a good choice. But nothing is near to the hotel. We walked about 30-40min to eateries. The service at lounge for welcome drink was poor. Waited for half an hour and gave up. Otherwise everything is good. Location is great if you plan to visit both the East Coast and West Coast.

Good location, nice views of ErHai Lake. Too bad the room design is strange. Toilet / bath tube / shower is the first thing you see when the door is opened plus there are no proper doors for bath tub & shower stall. So no proper privacy at all. Ok for a single traveller who isn’t ordering room service; not good for a family with teenagers . Staff were all nice .

The hotel location is nice with great views. The staff are friendly and offer good service. The only thing I would complain a little is that when we had dinner at the 1st floor restaurant, the dishes came somewhat slow. Maybe it was because there weren't many people in the restaurant at that time and I imagine that the kitchen may be running with less people than usual.

Hotel itself was lovely. Staff were kind and helpful. The room was spacious with a great view of Erhai lake from the balcony. One issue with the room was that, no matter what I did with the AC, the temperature couldn’t be brought below 25 degrees Celsius. They tried to help with this by moving an additional portable AC into the room. Location is good if you just want to see the lake but is about 13kms from the old town where some of the best food is.
