This is a very nice hotel with great view of the lake and mountain. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, they are accomodating and will go the extra miles. Special mentions on our personal butler, xiao Chen on being professional, caring as well as personable. Great stay overall.

This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
The hotel was renovated tastefully and the view is amazing.
The guest Experiance and customer service is top notch. They picked up my delivery parcel 20minutes away.
This hotel goes above and beyond for its guests. Really recommend staying here.

Located at the far west of erhai lake but you will get the best view with clouds over the changsan mountain. Breakfast was OK, typical yunnan noodle with bread and cereal. They also offer free phototaking session with limited photos. Room was clean and equipped with smart appliances.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Joy Hotel. The services provided by each hotel staff are remarkable and excellent. Super responsive and initiative by the staff. Everyday staff will serve a platter of fruits, pastry and snacks and at night hot snow fungus soup. Although the location is inaccessible and outskirt from the city, we were near some of their iconic sites.

It was such a wonderful experience! The scenery and the villa are amazing. 管家小意was very thoughtful and contacted me the day before check in. Even with a last minute request for transfer service, she did her best to arrange it for us. The service was truly exceptional!
