The housekeeper added WeChat before checking in. The hotel is located in the villa area by the Erhai Lake, with a good view. Afternoon tea for two was given upon check-in. Because we had children, they also added a bed for us. Overall, it was good. I hope the hygiene can be improved a little bit. Mushroom soup was given as a gift before leaving.

We stayed in Shuanglang for two days, in the ancient city for two days, and booked this hotel on the last day because we wanted to go to the city. The cave room we booked has no door to the toilet and bathroom. After taking a shower, the steam was always in the room, and the bed was completely wet. Lying on the bed, I started to get allergic rashes all over my body. 2. After the housekeeper changed our room (thank you again for the housekeeper service). The shower room in the second room was not closed, and there was no space above the shower door. When people took a shower in it, cold air poured down from the empty space above. 3. The two of us still had allergic symptoms within a few hours of leaving the hotel, and we had no adverse reactions in Dali for four days before. It is reasonable to doubt whether the hotel environment is hygienic; whether there will be mites in an overly humid environment. 4. The hotel room has a 10% discount on ordering meals, but ** is 15% off. In short, the design of the hotel is unreasonable, the sanitary environment is poor, and the only desirable thing is the housekeeper service. This is the first time I write a bad review. I don't recommend staying here at all.

The room is large, newly decorated, and reasonably designed. The two children can have their own beds, and they are very happy. The hotel's own restaurant is also great! It feels great to stay in the hotel. The children's favorite is his free afternoon tea, which is rich and delicious. The front desk guy + housekeeper are very dedicated and responsible, helping us arrange car pick-up, chartered travel, and luggage. The scenery is beautiful and the people are even more beautiful!
