The room lighting is too dim. The bathroom lighting is much brighter. The room should be the same as the bathroom.
One of the two bathroom sinks leaked badly.
There was insufficent shower gel and shampoo for 2 persons.
There was no escalator and TV.
Bedsheet and duvet were moist.
The air-conditioner-cum-heater is strong.
The water pressure is good.
Towels are of good quality and weight.
The toilet roll and hand tissues are of good quality.
The bed frame is creaky and not strong enough.
Bathrooom ventilation is effective.
There’s only one waste bin. There should be two; one in the room and another in the bathroom.
The inn serves western afternoon tea and breakfast.
I shared our findings with the receptionist. The young man took it professionally and didn’t argue and said that he will inform his superior on our feedback.

Highly recommended, good views and all amenities provided! Breakfast was sumptuous and everyone was helpful and friendly. We lost a watch in the room without realising and they immediately contacted us and arranged to send over to our next hotel.

The hotel is located in the old town, surrounded by many bars and restaurants. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel offers breakfast; during our two-night stay, the first morning we got noodles, while the second day had a Western-style breakfast. They also provide fruits and afternoon tea.

It’s superb! The room is very spacious and clean with very nice design furniture and detailing. The view from the room is amazing! Hotel service is great, they fulfilled every request, reply incredibly fast. They also provide a few photography shot at their rooftop with the amazing background. Recommended!

The view from the room is unbeatable. The location is also very good, and it is convenient to go anywhere in Shuanglang. Pick-ups and drop-offs are all done by electric cars, so you don't have to walk at all. If you don't choose a B&B in a good location, you will have to rely on your legs.

The room is very big and looks great. The boss's service is excellent and he takes into consideration whether you drive or not. He will pick you up at the parking lot, which is very considerate. The hotel owner is very enthusiastic and communicates actively. When you are about to arrive, contact the hotel and the butler will come to pick you up on the roadside. It only takes five minutes to arrive. The hotel is in a good location. I booked a room with a terrace. There is Erhai Lake across a pedestrian street. It is very comfortable to sit on the terrace and enjoy the breeze. Although it is next to the pedestrian street, it is not noisy when you rest at night.
Facilities: I think the only shortcoming is the sofa and coffee table. I hope they can improve it.
They also gave us snacks before leaving, which is very considerate. The service is really warm and thoughtful.
