We had a pleasant stay at Arcadia Seaview hotel. A special thanks to 小段and 小颜who helped with our luggage and everything else. The hotel is beautifully located right by the water. It’s in the middle of Ancient town, convenient and comfortable.

The service here is really amazing and this hotel is highly accommodating to travellers' needs! From the minute that we arrived at the gate to Shuanglang, the butler was already waiting for us to transport out luggage in. The tea time snacks and fruits were freshly prepared and fabulous. As for the room, it had french influences and the amenities were of good quality! There was everything necessary and the butler replies whenever he could, super attentive individualistic service. I greatly appreciate this hotel!
Views wise needless to say it's as good as it can ever be~

It feels like every angle is a perfect viewing angle, with views facing the noisy streets and quiet views facing Cangshan and Erhai Lake.
Facilities: Most of the rooms are controlled by intelligent systems, which is very convenient. There are audio and projection, and the equipment is complete.
Service: It is very considerate. A dedicated butler is arranged for check-in. Everything is considered for us from check-in to check-out. We did not miss afternoon tea and travel photography.

I had a great time at Akaitia! The housekeeper, Xiao Li, was warm and considerate. He contacted us before check-in to arrange for luggage pick-up and carefully arranged the whole tour. The room is cozy and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. The experience is perfect. I highly recommend it! You can see Erhai Lake from the room. The hotel is also very distinctive.
