房間挺大的，裝修基本上就是水泥牆加瓷磚，廚房裡有一些做飯的用品，布草比較舊，衞生間裏連香皂都用的衹剩一點點，洗手液，洗髮水，衹剩個底，擠都擠不出來。環境不錯，比較安靜。但是配套除了門口一家超市還在營業，幾家餐廳都關門，開車去推薦的時隱茶療，大概有5公里，不是很方便，總體來説性價比不高。

小區環境象江南水鄉，房間挺好，這個價位的民宿性價比超高，雙卧雙衞，旁邊還有個沙灘貌似能趕海，離附近景點都很近，很喜歡這個小區

景色挺美，但是非常遠非常偏，自駕可以考慮，無接觸式服務，民宿肯定是不如酒店服務，衞生還行吧，如果想買海鮮可以去旅順小南樓酒店後面的海鮮市場，很多當地人在那購買，價格可以，民宿可以簡單蒸煮，喜歡安靜避世的可以來

房間面積比較大，有四張床，還有個可以燒烤的大院子，佈置了帳篷，這是優勢 但習慣住酒店的，定這種公寓民宿還是要有心理準備……完全無接觸運營，一切靠自助，住了兩天基本沒服務……房間裏手機信號很差，Wi-Fi 密碼給的也是錯的，湊合了兩天……還是回大連市中心住更省心

房間超級整潔。而且環境特別好，愛了愛了。都不想走了。物業的服務人員也超級好。真心地不錯。

蚊子多。沒有蚊香微信管家沒回訊息。叮了很多包。蜘蛛網也沒清掃乾淨。紗網門關不嚴。居然在茶几底下滾出了空飲料瓶……大家看圖片吧！不想再多説了。
