The hotel was double charged, Ctrip customer service helped to coordinate, but the hotel still refused to refund!
I booked the same room with a friend, but the room size, partitions, and equipment were different. For the same price, I was automatically downgraded. The living room has one less sofa than my friend, and the toilet and bathroom are not separated!
The bar in the building next door downstairs was noisy until midnight, and the cars on the road were very loud, making it difficult to sleep well.
It cost more than 4,000 for two nights. I really feel that the services, facilities, decoration, toiletries, etc. are not worth the price!

The staff was so accommodating and available. I liked the text feature to check on my room, then I used it to ask a few simple questions and heard right back from someone. The decor and feel was warm and welcoming and also felt modern and hip.

This hotel is absolutly gorgeous. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was pristine and had a great view. It was too cold for us to want to use the pool but we hope to return in summer so that we can swim! Loved the bar, very friendly service there as well.

Connor and all the front desk staff were excellent. The hotel was clean and service was fast. The shower wasn't as clean as I would expect, but outside of that great room.

Room was dirty and very loud for the money we spent on the room was not worth it in anyway. We will not stay there again and for anyone wanting to I would not recommend that place !

We stayed in the presidential suite and the room made us seriously ill. My friend had to go to the hospital for breathing problems. I had massive congestion, headache and was dizzy and oriented. I told the manager and he said no that’s not possible. He started arguing. I checked out in the morn 2 days early and I still haven’t received a refund.
