The resort is very clean and well maintained. The rooms were nice and cleaned everyday. There are a good range of facilities including nice pools. Staff were all lovely and helpful.

Big and beautiful hotel. Very clean and lovely pools/rooms. The all inclusive buffet had a lot of food, which was nice but maybe needed a little more taste. Amazing staff, especially Nikos. He made the stay so much more fun and is very service minded. Good location, little store in the hotel and also a playground. Overall great hotel, could wish for more entertainment for children.

Arrived here on Saturday 13/04/24. We got to our room and were disappointed to say the least!! Small room, stayed in bigger travel lodge rooms. Firstly no tea making facilities, managed to get a kettle from reception but have to go to the shop to buy your own tea, coffee etc. The shower was small and off its hinges which I managed to fix myself. The toilet had to be pumped to flush it. The sink plug does not stop the water going down so you have to keep filling it. We asked for a room with a bath at reception, as per their advertising. Got nowhere with it. The taps hadn't been run through as they were full of air. This feels like they haven't checked the room since it closed for winter and just changed the bedding and left it at that. An update will follow at the end of our 2 week stay.

We stayed 6 adults and 5 children for a week. Plenty of sunbeds, and lots of space by the pools. The pools are nice, clean and spacious. The toilets by the pool are used by a lot of people in bathing clothes which causes a lot of water on the floor. This is not the hotels fault. But the floors were very slippery and definitely not safe. We rented pool towels-good Price and lovely towels. Bring a namelabel or tag or something like that, a lot of people rent the same kind of towels. At The pool area Sadly a lot of people were smoking. The rooms are a bit outdated, but very nice and The cleaning is done once a day and is very good. The shower in the rooms is located in the bathtub. If you have trouble With balance or similar, this is not the place for you, at least if you want to shower. Clean and nice restaurant. Really good saladbar at the buffet. The cakes were also lovely. The most Delicious Souvlaki at the grill for lunch every day. Nice feature With icecream in the AI package-some of the best icecream I have tasted in an AI in Europe. The AI beverages are not the best. Tastes watery. The redwine and the diet coke is almost undrinkable. The reception and the bar/restaurant staff are always smiling, helpfull and friendly. The minimarket is located at the hotel-very nice and has a good selection of things to Buy. The kids loved it. The wifi is quite poor. In the rooms almost non-excistant. But in the reception area it is very good. One night there was a circus for the kids-so amazing!! Overall a very nice and friendly hotel at a really good Price.

Had a great week here during late September. We had the room with own pool, which was really worth the extra few hundred euros compared to other rooms. Atmosphere was nice, there were always space in the public pools and everything was clean and tidy. Public pools were great for our 6 year old, but also older kids seem to like to swim there. Water was warm enough in the pools and also in the sea. Good beach also very close by. Food was ok, but there wasn't much variation even though there was theme nights. Everything tasted pretty much the same depending on the theme. Still lot's of different sorts and nothing run out. So eat every other day in one of the good local restaurants and you'll be fine. One word of warning. Do not use the laundry service! It was very expensive (14€ / 4kg). It left everything dirty. Almost felt like they had only used some perfume to make the clothes smell like "clean". It's much better to buy some laundry detergent and do some hand washing in the room. Would have given 5 out of 5, but monotonic food and terrible laundry service took one star away.

We stayed at Sirios village for 10 days from 22nd July 2023 We all had an excellent holiday & agreed it was one of the best all inclusive places we’ve stayed at. There was 11 of us, 2 families, all kids are adults. Our flight was delayed so we didn’t arrive at the hotel until very late evening, our check in was quick & smooth, we were asked if we’d consider a free upgrade for 2 of our rooms into one room for 4 with private pool, my 4 daughters aged 22-27 jumped at this chance & loved their room, one of the newest rooms with full size toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, a shower to die for & even a bottle of wine! The rest of us had standard rooms but they were lovely too. They had a mini fridge, tv, hairdryer & air con, the rooms were cleaned daily & fresh towels provided. The restaurant had plenty of choice at breakfast, lunch & dinner. There was also an outside snack bar that had gyros, pizza, hotdogs, chips, sandwiches & cakes every day. The bar was well stocked & well staffed, three different self serve cocktails every day, you could help yourself to soft drinks & wine or the staff will serve spirits & beer for you. Ice cream was available for 2 hours twice a day, this did get quite busy. People did reserve sun beds with their towels but I think this was to get somewhere with shade as there was always spare sunbeds around, I think maybe the parasols need changing to bigger ones to help get more shade from the extreme temperatures. A few more “comfy” chairs around the bar area for the evening would be good. The entertainment in the evening was good, something for everyone. My daughters really wanted to have some treatments in the “spa” unfortunately the “spa” was two white gazebos just down from the children’s pool, they didn’t imagine they’d be very relaxing, quiet or cool considering so they didn’t use them which was a shame as it was something they’d looked forward to. You can catch the no. 22 bus to Chania from the bottom of the hill by the BMW garage, €1.10 one way, if you get the no.15 back again it drops you off up the hill about 200yds from the hotel, worth remembering so you can avoid the uphill walk in the heat! The old town & the harbour are beautiful. We did go out for dinner a few times to some local tavernas, they were wonderful & friendly & so cheap! All in all we had a fantastic holiday & wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

Back from Sirios hotel yesterday and the holiday blues have kicked in. Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in, the settings are very picturesque, the food is fresh and delicious and the staff go out their way to help you. Loved talking to Bill and Antonios at the bar of an evening. The evening entertainment was very good, loved the bands and saxophonist. The rooms were immaculate, cleaned daily. The pool was spotless and loved the evening view of the mountains. Big thank you to Erin, the children’s entertainer who was so attentive with my wild 3 year old. I always like to try new places but will be back to Sirios in next few years. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

My partner and I stayed at Siros Village for a week. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here!! After reading reviews about the food not being great we were very sceptical but we found the food AMAZING for an all inclusive!! They had different food choices for every meal time. Freshly made Pizzas and gyros by the pool through out the day was gorgeous!! Our room was quite small and over looked the garden, the aircon in the rooms work really well although gets very cold in the night (this wasn’t an issue as it was extremely hot). The room was cleaned and we had new towels everyday! The only issue we had with our room is that the shower would leak from an extra drain by the toilet (again wasn’t a big issue as there was only two of us and we managed to put a towel over the drain to soak up most of the water). The maid who cleaned our room (never saw who she was) ate the sweets that we had wrapped on the side and left us with an empty packet!! We found this quite funny lol! luckily nothing else was taken so we didn’t have an issue with this 🤣!! We managed to get a sun bed by the pool everyday but from 9am onwards it became difficult to find spare sunbeds! The pools areas are much more smaller then they look in the photos and there isn’t much shade around the pool. All the pool areas get extremely busy especially with children. We knew this was more of a family hotel so we expected this, what we didn’t expect was how rude these children and their parents were!!! Every time we went in the pool we would stick to the side as children and adults were jumping in/out of the pool and splashing around with no consideration whatsoever about the people around them! I had a child jump on my shoulder when they were throwing themselves in the pool and they didn’t even acknowledge what they had done! Someone will get seriously injured!! We had balls throw in our faces from every direction. I would recommend to the hotel that they should have more then one unhappy lifeguard walking around the three pools (he was completely useless!!) The evening entertainment is very poor but is amusing to watch as it was so bad!🤣 Overall this a very good hotel and i would recommend to families and people who don’t mind getting shoved by kids every two minutes!! We really did enjoy our stay here but unlikely to come back due to how busy the hotel is (again a good thing as this means it’s a really good hotel to be busy all the time😉)
