The room smelled like animals. The beds sheets were all ripped very unwelcoming room, didn’t feel comfortable. I ended up leaving early I didn’t even spend the night.

We went to Crescent City for our anniversary. This hotel is in a great location. You can walk to the beach and to restaurants. The rooms are super nice. We will visit again.

We reserved the room with Three Queen Beds. They are actually Fulls. We were a bit disappointed with that but overall, the room was fine.
The internet worked great and the staff were really nice.

When I arrived I found dried urine on the side of the toilet, which had the "sanitized for your safety" seal on it. There was also long black hair on multiple pillows. If you're under 5'5, the shower will be fine, but anyone taller, be prepared to crouch down a bit. The mattress wasn't great, but also not terrible.

We couldn’t sleep because the window was dripping. Looks like the management knew about it because there were towels in the area to catch the wetness/water

I can see that updates were in progress. But during our stay, the curtains were falling off the rod, were shredded and the dresser drawer was broken. We stayed three nights and did not have cleaning service replace or offer towels, sweep the room, replenish the coffee bar, or empty the garbage. The breakfast to go had one good item, the oranges. The apples were mushy, the coffee weak, and the bag muffins were not good. Having a decent breakfast is a luxury during hotel stays. But having to go to the office to get towels/washcloths, a broom, coffee items etc. is above what I am paying for. Basic necessities I had to get myself and was told it was because they were short on staff. I would not have my elderly parents stay here as they would not get the service they would need for cleanliness and comfort.

It was a friendly reception, excellent location, and comfortable accommodations. Overall, excellent value for dollar. Only one thing could be better: the hotel coffee!

The hotel was old with some renovations. The curtains were shredded and the basedboards were very stained. However, the walk to the beach was fantastic!
