I booked 13 rooms in the property for my guests who were attending a marriage party. The rooms were extremely dirty with burnt chair, dirty beds, dirty room linen even during covid time they are not changed at all. Shabby bathrooms and room walls. I changed 6 rooms but even then was not satisfied with the quality. The biggest blunder was done by the night shift staff who didn't inform the guests of the breakfast. Initially, the reception requested us to not to inform the guests about breakfast as consecutive orders may delay the orders. Reception agreed to call the guests in the morning one by one and will provide food in the room only. No calls were made to the guests and the guests were furious on us as no food was served. They all checked out and food was given to only 3 rooms out of 13 (2 checked out previous night). One of the guest in #217 (Rahul) had to checkout immediately after checkin as he saw cockroaches in rooms. the reception didn't inform booker before marking checkout in PMS, as that room could have been assigned to other guest. No room supplies, not even basic supplies like towel and soap were kept in room and not even sent when the guests checked in. Authorities should immediately shutdown this establishment. anyone reading this comment may book townhouse 067 which is nearby or try not to book oyo at all.
